Hilton Garden Inn unveils trio of ‘major’ refurbs

🏨 Three Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Birmingham, Bristol, and Glasgow underwent major refurbishments, overseen by Valor Hospitality. The Birmingham hotel refreshed 238 rooms with industrial finishes, Bristol redesigned 171 rooms with maritime-inspired decor, and Glasgow reimagined 164 rooms with shipbuilding themes. ABDA Design managed the renovations, focusing on sustainability and reducing waste by retaining and redesigning furniture. These updates aim to enhance guest experiences by incorporating each city's unique industrial heritage.

BWH Hotels GB adds eight heritage properties to portfolio

🏨 BWH Hotels GB has added eight properties to its portfolio, including the Brackenborough Hotel in Lincolnshire and the Ashbourne Hotel in North Lincolnshire, as part of a plan to add 100 properties by 2029 and reach 20,000 rooms in the UK. The Brackenborough Hotel features 19 luxury lodges, while the Ashbourne Hotel offers 36 rooms. BWH, with over 230 independent hotels, combines global brand strength with hotelier autonomy.

Hilton signs two new hotels in Manchester

CG Developers signs JW Marriott Residences in Dubai

Regent Hotels expands global portfolio

🛫 Regent Hotels & Resorts, part of IHG, plans to expand internationally through 2026. The brand will open its first spa at Regent Bali Canggu in October 2025. Bob W signs fifth Munich property as expansion continues
