The 29-storey development will feature 137 units, including 42 hotel rooms and 95 serviced apartments, and is expected to be completed by Q4 2029. This collaboration emphasizes wellness-centered, art-inspired hospitality, with a focus on sustainability and local cultural immersion, aiming for BCA Green Mark Platinum certification.

🏨 Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand's leading hotel operator, will open its second hotel in Japan, Centara Life Namba Hotel Osaka, in Q2 2026. It follows the success of Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, opened in 2023. Located at 3-chōme-4-21 Shikitsuhigashi, Naniwa Ward, Osaka, 556-0012, the hotel provides easy access to attractions like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. 🏖 Suite and lobby enhancements at Sonesta Ocean Point Resort, St. Maarten, are set for Q2 2026, with suites finished by the end of the quarter. Lobby updates, including Martin's Lobby Bar, start in September 2026. A sample suite opens for media in January 2026. 🏨 Oliver Hospitality, based in Nashville, is expanding with two new properties: The Nashville Reserve and The Sarasota Modern. The Nashville Reserve features 61 units catering to both short and long-term stays, with full kitchens and in-unit washers. Located near the Tennessee Capitol, the hotel includes a gym, outdoor fireplace, and meeting spaces for up to 80 people. This marks Oliver Hospitality's third hotel in Tennessee and its first venture into residential-style lodging and the Florida market.

🏝️ AJ Capital Partners completed Coral Sands Inn & Cottages' second renovation phase in 2024 on Harbour Island, Bahamas. The transformation includes 41 redesigned accommodations, a new sea cottage, a padel court, and pool-side cabanas. The resort will feature 156 hotel rooms, 140 branded ryads, and 60 fractional ownership ryads. It includes diverse amenities like dining venues, wellness centers, and kids' clubs. 📍 Avi Brosh's Palisociety is opening The Hôtel Lili in Beverly Hills, spring 2026, at 140 S. Lasky Dr. Originally built in 1939, the hotel now has 44 guest rooms and three stories. The design blends European style with classic Los Angeles charm, featuring custom furniture and signature Palisociety details. Guests enjoy amenities like Bellino bed linens and Diptyque bath products. It's Palisociety’s ninth property in Los Angeles.

🏨 Valor Hospitality expanded its UK operations from 17 hotels in 2021 to 40 by 2026. In January 2026, they added four hotels: Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport, Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen Airport, Holiday Inn Express Trafford City, and Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport, totaling 700 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms. Established in 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia, Valor now oversees over 100 global properties, with the UK accounting for 7,000 bedrooms.
