🏨 Marriott International and Hawkins Way Capital will convert five FOUND Hotels across the U.S. to the Series by Marriott brand, marking the brand's U.S. debut in 2025. Locations include Miami Beach, Santa Monica, San Francisco Nob Hill, Chicago, and San Diego. This move reflects the demand for upscale collection brands and allows each hotel to maintain its unique identity while leveraging Marriott’s global platform. The Series by Marriott brand was announced in May 2025.

Treehouse Hotels Unveils Its First U.S. Property in California
