Aimbridge EMEA hails strong 2025 profit performance

📈 Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA outperformed market benchmarks in 2025 with a gross operating profit index of 101.8 from January to September, surpassing competitors in England and Wales. The payroll cost per occupied room index reached 126.5 in Q3. Aimbridge added 10 properties, including Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Leeds, and Radisson Red London Twickenham. New sales strategies and data-driven investments boosted performance. President David Anderson emphasizes continued support and adaptability.

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane reopens Art Deco Palm Court

🏨 Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in Mayfair reopened its Palm Court Lounge and Bar after a major renovation, unveiling 1920s-inspired interiors by Areen Design. The historic venue, which opened in 1927, retains its Art Deco charm with features like a stained-glass dome and a brass-edged marble bar. Live piano performances occur Thursday to Sunday. Head pastry chef Biju Joshwa introduced a new afternoon tea menu, while revised cocktails nod to Mayfair's interwar era. The hotel prepares for its centenary in 2027.

Kinsfolk and Co to open first hotel in Fitzrovia in February

🏨 Kinsfolk and Co will open The Newman hotel in Fitzrovia, London, on 1 February 2026. The hotel will feature 81 rooms, suites, and apartments styled in contemporary Art Deco, with a rooftop suite offering a terrace, sauna, and ice plunge. Opened by Paul Brackley and managed by Oliver Milne-Watson, the hotel will also include the Brasserie Angelica and Gambit Bar. Wellness facilities and collaborations with brands like Nuori and KLORIS enhance the experience. Staff were recruited through Saira Hospitality's pop-up school.

Transforming heritage into value: Radisson’s 2026 pipeline focuses on landmark assets

Hilton pushes LXR brand into Greece

Raffles Residences Bali set to open in 2026

🏡 Accor and Kajima Development Pte Ltd are launching Raffles Residences Bali in Jimbaran, a community of 28 luxury homes on a 5.3-hectare estate. Scheduled to open in Q2 2026, the homes range from 502 square meters with ocean and cliff views. Designed by Kajima and partners, the residences integrate natural terrain and feature infinity pools and sustainable materials. Located 20 minutes from Denpasar Airport, the project is Green Globe Certified and offers full access to Raffles Bali facilities.

InterContinental returning to Prague in 2029

Owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings LLC, the resort will feature sports facilities and meeting spaces. Located 45 minutes from Palm Beach, it’s the first U.S. all-inclusive under this brand.
