🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality, in collaboration with Verge Mobile, has expanded its management portfolio with three Marriott-branded hotels: Residence Inn Tulsa South, SpringHill Suites Tulsa, and Courtyard Lafayette Airport. Residence Inn offers 90 suites, SpringHill has 76, and Courtyard provides 89 rooms. Located in Oklahoma and Louisiana, these hotels serve business and leisure travelers. Dreamscape focuses on consistent service, enhancing guest experiences, and optimizing performance by integrating these properties into its operational strategies.

🏖️ Extell Development and Hilton will open Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences in Park City, Utah, in 2028. Located by the Green Monster ski run, it offers 132 hotel keys and 105 branded residences in two towers. Construction began in May 2025. Amenities include a 15,000-square-foot spa and ski valet services. This development boosts Hilton's luxury portfolio, complementing the new Canopy by Hilton opening in Deer Valley this summer.

🌎 The Atlas Hotel, a boutique lifestyle destination, opens in Boston's Allston neighborhood at Harvard's Enterprise Research Campus. Designed by Marlon Blackwell Architects and INC Architecture & Design, it features 246 guest rooms, including 12 suites. Amenities include a living room lobby, meeting spaces, and a fitness center. Dining highlights are Ama restaurant and the upcoming Foxglove Terrace rooftop bar. The hotel emphasizes sustainability with LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications. Foxglove Terrace and The COOP retail debut in spring 2026.

🏖️ In May 2026, KG Hotel will open in Klaksvík, Faroe Islands, adding to Nordic Hotels & Resorts' portfolio. Located in the city's fjord, it features 83 rooms, Alda Spa, and a restaurant named Sand. Klaksvík, with a population of over 5,000, is known for its fishing industry and serves as a hub for exploring the rugged landscapes of the Faroe Islands. Established in 1938, the town has a rich history rooted in the Viking Age.

🏨 2026, Beverly Hills - Cameo Beverly Hills, LXR Hotels & Resorts, unveils a complete transformation with 138 redesigned rooms, including suites with balconies and natural furnishings. A new Peruvian restaurant, Zampo, and a lobby lounge, Silhouette, enhance dining with traditional and Nikkei influences. The refreshed pool area boasts private cabanas, while the Starlight Ballroom offers panoramic views. This marks a significant milestone for LXR's global portfolio, embodying luxury and local culture.

🏖️ Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach is set to open in early 2029, bringing its playful, design-forward style to Miami Beach, Florida. Developed by Keyah Real Estate Group and designed by Rottet Studio, the hotel will incorporate Art Deco and Miami Modern designs. The location will feature a rooftop pool, a wellness club, and a serviced beach club. Originally launched in London in 2019, Treehouse Hotels includes sites in Manchester and Silicon Valley.

🏝️ The Luce, part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio, opens in St. Pete Beach on March 15, 2026, featuring 200 rooms, including bungalow suites. Guests earn 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night until March 31. Highlights include Sundrop restaurant, Baby Turtle Beach Club, a large pool, and 14,000 sq ft of event space. 🏨 Located in Mystic, Connecticut, the Commodore Motel will open in spring 2026. The 59-room boutique motel, originally a 1965 motor lodge, will feature eco-friendly renovations like rooftop solar and a VRF system. Designed by Cate Mills and Mark Comeau, it combines modernist and nautical styles. Weekend rates will start at $209, midweek at $159. Owned by Cannonball Management, the motel offers amenities such as complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, continuing Mystic's rich hospitality tradition.
