Leonardo strengthens national coverage with strategic asset purchase

📍 In 2023, Leonardo Hotels acquired assets totaling 585 rooms across Freiburg, Erfurt, Magdeburg, and Nuremberg, Germany. Freiburg bolsters leisure-corporate tourism, Erfurt adds a second hotel, Magdeburg taps into economic growth, and Nuremberg reaches three properties. Yoram Biton highlights this milestone, growing Leonardo's German hotels to 73. A phased renovation plan will modernize these hotels. Formerly under Steigenberger, these properties transition to Leonardo, enhancing its European reach and brand presence.

Amano plans eight new hotels as portfolio set to more than double

King Street Townhouse to refurbish event spaces and guestrooms

Limelight Mammoth Hotel opens in California

The Shelborne by Proper in Miami has debuted a seafood-focused restaurant and a cocktail lounge

🏖 The Shelborne, located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, originally opened in 1940. After a $100 million renovation by Proper Hospitality, it reopened in May with 251 rooms. On November 12, Pauline, a seafood-focused restaurant with Latin and Caribbean influences, launched alongside the cocktail lounge Little Torch. Pauline, designed by ADC Tuneu, seats 178 guests and offers dishes like lobster sancocho. Little Torch features original cocktails and live music events, including DJ sets and karaoke.

Radisson debuts two Prize by Radisson hotels in Bergen

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group has opened its first two Prize by Radisson properties in the Nordics in Bergen, extending its portfolio to five hotels in the city. The Solheimsviken Bergen location features 217 rooms and amenities, while Xhibition Bergen City offers 55 rooms. Hotel Indigo opens new site in Torquay

🏨 Hotel Indigo opened a 153-room hotel in Torquay, managed by IHG and owned by Singapore-based Fragrance Group. Located near Torquay Museum and Torre Abbey Sands, it reflects local maritime heritage.
