🏨 Valor Hospitality Partners, based in Atlanta, announced they are managing three Hilton properties: The American Hotel (315 rooms) in downtown Atlanta, DoubleTree Atlanta - Roswell (174 rooms), and DoubleTree Atlanta - Alpharetta (90 rooms). Their responsibilities include strategic planning and operational management. The partnership with RADCO expands Valor's influence in Atlanta. The American Hotel is notable for being Atlanta's first racially integrated hotel, featuring Social 62 Restaurant & Lounge, managed by Valor’s food and beverage division, SAVOR.

🍷 In September 2025, Appellation Healdsburg opened in Northern California's Sonoma County, marking Appellation's first ground-up project. Spread over 8.5 acres, the 108-room hotel includes two pools, 15,500 sq. ft. of event space, and culinary gardens. Guests can enjoy two dining venues: Folia Bar & Kitchen, and Andy’s Beeline Rooftop. The property offers 11 event spaces, hosting up to 500 guests, and plans 50+ annual workshops. Founded by chef Charlie Palmer and Christopher Hunsberger, it showcases local culinary and cultural experiences.

🏨 TFE Hotels plans to open a 161-key A by Adina Berlin Kurfürstendamm in the FÜRST urban quarter by autumn 2027. Following its 2025 European debut in Vienna, the Berlin site marks the brand's first in Germany and fourth in the city. Featuring studios, apartments, and wellness facilities, the hotel integrates with its vibrant surroundings, promising a genuine Berlin experience with an Australian twist. The project advances TFE Hotels' international expansion strategy.

📍 The Gunter Hotel in San Antonio reopened after a $57 million renovation. Originally opened in 1909, the hotel features 311 rooms, a recording studio, a vinyl library with over 900 albums, and 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The redesign by DLR Group blends Beaux-Arts architecture with modern elements. Four dining venues, including Jots and The Keystone Club, are partially open. Full reopening is set for later in 2025.

🛍 Hilton Glasgow completed a five-year refurbishment, launching the Serenity wellness facility and Dram and Wee Dram social venue. Serenity includes advanced therapies like the Welnamis tranquility experience and Wellsystem Wave Touch massage bed. Dram and Wee Dram, inspired by Scotland's whisky heritage, caters to private events. The investment aims to attract business and leisure visitors. General Manager Calum Ross highlights the new spaces' focus on connection, celebration, and well-being.

🏠 The Gara Rock Hotel and Spa, overlooking South Devon's coast near Salcombe, has been listed for sale. Originally a coastguard cottage, it became a hotel in the early 20th century. The resort includes 33 recently refurbished units. Since 2017, £11.2m has been spent on refurbishments. The hotel won Small Hotel of the Year at the Devon Tourism Awards in 2023 and 2024. Christie and Co highlight potential for solar power, glamping, and business expansion.

🏨 Germany: In 2025, Conrad Hamburg opened in the historic Levantehaus building, marking Hilton’s luxury brand debut in Germany. The hotel boasts 283 rooms, including 28 studio rooms, 29 suites, and a 232-square-metre Presidential Suite. A 1,000-square-metre spa will soon feature Hamburg's longest indoor pool. GRETA OTO restaurant offers Latin American cuisine. Nine event spaces accommodate up to 220 guests. Opening rates start at €300 per night, or €250 for Hilton Honors members.

🏨 Zedwell, a capsule hotel brand, has launched the world's largest capsule hotel at Piccadilly Circus with nearly 1,000 rooms. Located in London's Grade II-listed Pavilion, the Zedwell hotel offers compact, windowless rooms starting at £30 per night. Opened by Criterion Capital, it features sustainable materials, communal areas, and amenities. The opening is the project's first phase, with more updates planned. Criterion targets business and leisure travelers with nearby West End attractions.

🛎️ West Yellowstone, September 2025: Starlite Yellowstone, part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection, opens near Yellowstone National Park's west entrance. Developed by East Avenue Development LLC and managed by Vista Host, the hotel offers 133 rooms reflecting the natural surroundings. Guests enjoy proximity to local attractions and an indoor pool with a 100-foot water slide. The hotel features Hilton’s Connected Room technology and a restaurant with Native American influences. It emphasizes a deep connection to nature and intentional design.

📍 Washington, D.C., September 2025 – Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill completed a nine-month renovation before its 50th anniversary. The 840-room hotel updated guestrooms, adding 65-inch 4K TVs and modern bathrooms. The hotel features over 38,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 11,388 square-foot Regency Ballroom. Article One – American Grill now serves Mid-Atlantic cuisine and craft cocktails. The Regency Club offers exclusive amenities for Hyatt Globalists. Enhanced fitness and pool facilities are also available.
