🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality has taken over management of the St. Clair Inn in St. Clair, Michigan, as of 2025. Originally opened in 1926, the historic inn will join the Marriott Tribute Portfolio. The property includes 85 guestrooms and suites, three cottages, and over 34,000 square feet of event space. With a focus on enhancing its unique charm and guest experience, Dreamscape plans significant renovations. Culinary options include The Dive, Prohibition Bar, and 1926 Restaurant.

🏨 Keswick Hall, built in 1912, joins Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection in the Virginia Piedmont region. This historic landmark features 80 guestrooms and is surrounded by over 30 vineyards near Monticello and the University of Virginia. Amenities include a Pete Dye golf course, spa, two pools, and dining at Marigold by Jean-Georges. Special experiences include Polo at King Family Vineyards and the BMW Drive Program. The estate emphasizes Virginia’s cultural and natural heritage.

🏨 Vision Hospitality Group unveiled a new dual-brand hotel, Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton, in Cleveland, Tennessee. This marks their 44th hotel and 26th in the state. Earlier this month, they opened a 139-room Element Wilmington in North Carolina and a 184-room Embassy Suites in Chattanooga. The new Cleveland property features 140 guestrooms, shared amenities like an outdoor pool, and reflects Vision's focus on Southeastern U.S. expansion and partnership with Hilton.

🛌 White Hart Hotel in Lincoln has opened two luxury treatment rooms in its new Aquitaine Spa, part of a multi-million-pound refurbishment led by owner Andrew Long. By early 2027, the spa will include a swimming pool and wet spa. Treatments feature detox massages and Amethyst Trust options for medically frail clients. The new 11m Vitality Pool construction begins this autumn, with full spa facilities expected to be ready by early 2027.

🏖 Moxy NYC Downtown in New York unveils a redesigned space in August 2025, blending vintage gaming and mid-century Americana. The updates feature leather seating, custom medicine ball ottomans, and rich fabrics in greens, teals, and reds. 🍴 September, Lilibet’s opens at 17 Bruton Street, Mayfair. Ross Shonhan launches this 160-cover restaurant, offering exquisite seafood in a setting inspired by British elegance. With dishes tracing an imaginary Grand Tour, the menu features creations like whole turbot pil pil and lobster bisque. Designed by Russell Sage Studio, Lilibet’s reflects a timeless charm with handcrafted elements. 🌊 December 12, 2025, in Jukkasjärvi, ICEHOTEL 36 will open, with 29 artists from 9 countries crafting a 2,800-square-meter hotel using 2,000 tons of Torne River ice.
