🏨 Sagemont Hotels opens the 125-room Courtyard by Marriott San Bernardino Loma Linda in Loma Linda, California. Situated near I-10, it’s three miles from San Bernardino International Airport. The hotel features guestrooms with sofa beds, ergonomic workstations, and kitchen appliances. Amenities include a fitness center, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour Market, and 594 square feet of meeting space for up to 20 people. Mayor Phil Dupper highlighted its positive impact on the local economy.

🏨 Coury Hospitality will manage the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego starting July 1, 2025. Located in Southern California, this hotel features 420 guestrooms and 40,000 square feet of event space. Coury aims to enhance guest experiences through a renovation in 2026. Expansion plans include opening the 150-room AC Hotel Bentonville in Arkansas and The Seahaus Hotel in New Jersey, plus rebranding three Texas hotels. The expansion includes an $18M renovation for Marriott Westlake.

🍴 Beaufort House Chelsea will open KORA, a Mediterranean restaurant, in July 2025 at 354 Kings Road, Chelsea. Executive Head Chef Sasha Ziverts leads the venture, focusing on Mediterranean classics with British seasonal produce. Menu highlights include Yellowtail Kingfish, Saganaki Prawns, and Feta & Amarena Cheesecake, prepared with seasonal and imported ingredients. Inspired by the myth of Persephone, the restaurant embodies simplicity, generosity, and warmth with a modern twist.

🏨 The Hoxton opened its first Scottish hotel in Edinburgh's West End, boasting 214 rooms across 11 Georgian-inspired townhouses on Grosvenor Street. The hotel offers a trattoria-style restaurant, a 300-square-meter events space, and a five-seater screening room. Rooms are categorized into nine types, with Houses accommodating up to seven guests. The hotel, located near Haymarket Station, features amenities like a lobby bar, Hox Gallery, and The Hoxton’s Best Of shop, plus bike rentals and local yoga offers.

🏘️ Radisson RED will open a new hotel in central London near Tower Bridge and the Tower of London by 2029, featuring 182 rooms and sustainable design targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. This expansion is part of PPHE’s strategy to increase their London presence and Radisson RED's focus on sustainability. The project replaces two old office buildings and is part of broader UK expansions including Liverpool, Twickenham, Birmingham, and Galway.

🌴 Northumberland's The Doxford Group unveils four luxury yurts at The Tempus, offering glamping experiences from June 26, 2025, starting at £135 per night. Located in the Northumberland countryside, the yurts are dog-friendly and cater to romantic retreats or peaceful getaways. The Tempus, which opened in May 2023, features 48 rooms and can accommodate up to 100 guests. A new children's playpark opens on June 7, enhancing family-friendly offerings.

🏨 Dallas, Texas—Omni Las Colinas Hotel wrapped up a $20 million renovation of its 421 guestrooms, including 111 luxury suites, and the Las Colinas Ballroom. This follows a $13 million upgrade of common spaces. Additions include The Lakehouse Waterfront Lounge & Pool Deck and three new dining options: LRH Restaurant & Bar, Flossie’s, and Over the Counter. The redesign uses native elements to reflect the area's ranching history and includes preserved features in signature suites.

🏨 Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City opened in Kansas City, Kansas, offering 228 guestrooms, including 11 suites, and over 14,000 square feet of event space. Developed by Sunflower Development Group with Homefield KC, it features multiple dining options, indoor and outdoor pools, and event venues. Amenities include a fitness center, entertainment center, and retail store. The hotel is the only full-service conference hotel in Wyandotte County, emphasizing Midwest hospitality with a resort-style experience.

🏨 G Wellness Company Limited, a subsidiary of MP Trading Group, will partner with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to launch the first internationally branded resort in Banjul, The Gambia, under the Ramada by Wyndham brand. The resort, opening mid-2026 in Kotu, will include 65 guestrooms and various amenities. Announced at the Future Hospitality Summit Africa in Cape Town, the project aligns with The Gambia's tourism expansion, which saw over 620,000 visitors in 2019.

🏨 Procaccianti Companies plans to develop The Bellevue Hotel, a 91-key luxury boutique in Newport, Rhode Island. Approved on June 11, 2025, construction begins in Q4 2025. Located near the International Tennis Hall of Fame, this project includes underground parking, 91 guestrooms, dining venues, and spa facilities. Designed by Centerbrook Architects, it revives the historical Stone Villa site and is set for completion in 2027.
