🏖 Located in Calvià, 200m from San Maties Beach, Ilunion Hotels' new property covers 16,000 sqm with 256 rooms on seven floors. Built in the 1970s and renovated in 2019, it features three pools, a restaurant, bar, gym, spa, children's area, and terrace. The opening brings Ilunion's Spanish portfolio to 32 hotels, aligning with their growth strategy. The hotel is BREEAM certified and holds the Biosphere seal, emphasizing sustainability.

📍 Over the next 12 months in Wilhelmshaven, a 74-room hotel will undergo extensive renovations to align with Best Western's brand, enhancing its appeal to travelers. Managed by beepartment GmbH, it will feature a lobby with free coffee and tea, a restaurant, and a bar. Wilhelmshaven is Germany's largest deep-sea port, offering great tourism and business potential. This move is part of Best Western’s expansion in Germany and the UK, including the Hotel Azenberg Stuttgart and two UK hotels.

🌮 Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has launched a full-service concept, "Fuzzy's Tacos and Margs," at 1912 Wescott Ave #250, Sugar Land, Houston. This new model introduces tableside service with "Tacotenders" and features a refreshed menu focusing on tacos and new drinks, including the Paloma ‘Rita and Fuzz Driver. Owned by the NGE group, operated by Miro and Andrew Nazarian, the restaurant plans to open three more locations by 2025. Operating hours: Sunday-Thursday 10 a.m.-12 a.m., Friday-Saturday 10 a.m.-1 a.m.

🍝 San Lorenzo, a new Italian restaurant in Miami, offers a $140 prix-fixe meal for two, asking diners to choose between meat or fish. Founded by Andrea Fraquelli, the restaurant seats 44 inside and 30 on the terrace. Meals include bread, three antipasti, one entrée, and optional desserts. Drinks feature select wines and classic cocktails. Designed by Eduardo Suarez and Alessio Bernardinito, San Lorenzo is part of 84 Magic Hospitality, also behind Cotoletta. Reservations are phone-only.

📍 Anchorage, Alaska; June 2025: The Wildbirch Hotel opens as Anchorage’s first lifestyle boutique property in two decades, featuring 252 rooms. Located in the Mushing District, it hosts a communal outdoor deck, a 5,200 square foot event space, and onsite dining. The hotel includes Crimson, a restaurant led by Chef La Mont Caldwell, and is Alaska’s first JdV by Hyatt property. MASH, LLC, formed by Mark Begich and Sheldon Fisher, collaborates with Springboard Hospitality for hotel operations.

🏨 Vasilakis SA and Marriott International, in partnership with SWOT Hospitality, have opened JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa in Marathi, near Chania, Crete. This 160-room luxury resort spans 100 acres, featuring six dining venues, a spa, and family-friendly amenities. Designed by Block722, it emphasizes sustainability with geothermal and solar systems. Conveniently located near Chania and Heraklion Airports, the resort aims to redefine luxury in Greece.

🍴 On 9th June 2025, Hell’s Kitchen premiered at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, marking its first European opening. Located in Playa d’en Bossa, this Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Palladium Hotel Group collaboration offers renowned dishes like Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and Beef Wellington. The venue, part of the remodeled Ushuaïa Tower, features six eateries, blending Ibiza's essence with luxury. Gordon Ramsay and Ana Morillo highlight its vibrant, unique culinary and entertainment experience.

🏨 Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno, Priorat’s first five-star hotel, won the Restorations, Transformations + Conversions category at the 21st Hospitality Design Awards, chosen from nearly 900 entries. Designed by Astet Studio and C97 Arquitectes I Associats, it features 24 suites with vineyard views. Opened in May 2023, the hotel is part of The Stein Group and Relais & Châteaux. Rates start at £360 per night.
