📍 Tru by Hilton has launched a refreshed prototype with design updates for comfort and flexibility. In 2025, new openings include Tru by Hilton Houston Downtown (March), Hanoi Station (April), Montreal (Summer), and Saltillo (Summer). Since 2016, the brand grew to over 300 hotels globally, including new debuts in Vietnam, Chile, and Colombia. The updates aim to enhance guest experience with redesigned desks, improved lighting, and lobby enhancements. Tru is expanding in the U.S., Canada, Vietnam, and Mexico.

📍 Extended Stay America opened a new 124-room, four-story Premier Suites in Chandler, Arizona, part of the Greater Phoenix metro area, expanding their brand since its 2021 launch. Developed by Concord Hospitality and Whitman Peterson, the location offers proximity to Phoenix Sky Harbor and Mesa Gateway Airports, and major corporations like Intel and Lockheed Martin. Amenities include WiFi, breakfast, a fitness room, and fully equipped kitchens. This marks Whitman Peterson's first Extended Stay America Premier Suites out of their 19 properties.

IKEA plans to open a second hotel, Las Vegas de Ciudad Jardín Suites, in the Canary Islands, reflecting its strategy to expand in urban and tourist-heavy areas.
