The 100th hotel is in Guilin Yangshuo, China, featuring 73 rooms. voco Quang Binh Resort, Vietnam, has 68 suites near UNESCO sites. voco The Shelby, Myrtle Beach, US, has 241 rooms. 95 more properties are in the pipeline, aiming for 200 worldwide within a decade.

🏨 Blue Manchester Hotel Limited will rebrand its 264-room hotel by 2027, while it continues operations. Located in Beetham Tower, Manchester, the hotel features 264 rooms, a ground-floor bar, restaurant, indoor pool, fitness facilities, and 18 meeting rooms (1,821 sq ft). IHG, with 363 hotels in the UK and 33 in development, enhances its portfolio by adding InterContinental Manchester – Deansgate, joining four other luxury regional properties.

🏨 Occidental Faro hotel, located in Faro, offers 89 rooms, a rooftop heated pool, and wellness facilities. Managed by Occidental, it occupies a building renovated in 2017. The hotel is near historic sites and Ria Formosa Natural Park, featuring a Portuguese restaurant and bar. Barceló Group, expanding in Portugal with a €50 million investment, aims to grow in Europe, adding to its Madeira presence with leisure and business amenities.

🏨 Limehome will manage a new 67-room hotel in Barcelona set to open in 24 months. Partnering with a family office investor, the hotel aims for 4-star standards and will operate under Limehome for over 15 years. Limehome, with 450 hotel units signed, operates in 13 European countries, managing over 10,300 rooms. This venture is crucial to their Spanish expansion strategy, highlighting Barcelona as a priority for transforming European accommodations.

🏠 Mason & Fifth, a London-based hospitality brand, launches on June 16th in Westbourne Park. From June 16-21, Planet Good Earth joins with a pop-up for community planting workshops. Highlights include a Jazz Matinee led by Sam Michnik, a 20th anniversary Book Slam with the Royal Society of Literature, and a monthly School of Dark. Exclusive screenings occur year-round. Studios start at £170. Co-founder Ben Prevezer aims to create a cultural destination in West London.

🏨 Four Seasons, collaborating with Strategic Property Partners, plans a luxury hotel and residences in Charleston, South Carolina, by 2028. The development will feature 139 guest rooms and 36 branded residences in the historic district. Facilities include four restaurants, an outdoor pool, a spa, and 7,000 square feet of event space. Residences, ranging from 2,000 to 3,700 square feet, start at $5 million, offering personalized living and access to hotel amenities.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental will manage a hotel on a five-hectare island near Venice, offering views of the Venetian lagoon, until November 2025, followed by a three-phase renovation. The hotel, featuring 136 rooms, will reopen as Mandarin Oriental, Venice in April 2026. Amenities include a spa, outdoor pool, and tennis courts. This expansion complements existing properties in Milan and Lake Como, plus future openings in Rome, Cortina, and Porto Cervo. Renovation led by Albion Nord design studio.
