🏨 The Livingston debuted in Brooklyn, New York, as the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the area, developed by Midas Hospitality and ACRES Capital. It features 104 rooms, 15 with balconies, offering city views. Located near the Barclays Center and Brooklyn Museum, it provides easy access to Manhattan. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, a 55-inch TV, and pet-friendly options. Guests can enjoy dining at The Grove Lantern and Goldfinch Café, with a rooftop terrace available for events.

🛌 The Edinburgh Grand, a five-star hotel, launched a new spa in the old Bank of Scotland vaults beneath St Andrew Square, Edinburgh. It features three treatment suites and integrates oak and limestone. Managed by Catriona Ross, with 12 years in luxury hospitality, the spa partners with Skeyndor for science-led treatments. The facility emphasizes clinical facials and body therapies over traditional wet facilities, serving both hotel guests and locals. Architectural preservation and fitness center enhancements were key project elements.

🌲 Danish brand Vipp unveiled its first U.S. retreat, Vipp Pavilion, in Upstate New York, a 1,200 sq. ft. structure designed by Johnston Marklee. Located on a pond surrounded by 16 acres of forest, the pavilion took four years to design, featuring a unique geometric form and tactile interiors. It includes two bedrooms and a kitchen with aluminum accents. The surrounding landscape, crafted by Larry Weaner Landscape Associates, uses low-maintenance native plants.

🏨 In 2025, Extended Stay America celebrated the fifth anniversary of its Premier Suites brand, which launched in 2021. The brand opened nearly 60 new hotels, expanding in Arizona, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado, and Texas. Despite facing high construction costs, the company achieved growth as the leading midscale extended-stay brand. With 70% of hotels owned and operated by the company, Extended Stay America plans to continue expanding, opening 10-12 Premier Suites annually, and addressing unmet demand in the U.S. extended-stay market.

🏨 Landmark London unveils its revamped Marylebone suites after a £3.8m investment, featuring 48 new suites designed by Alex Kravetz Design. Each suite, including One Bedroom, Junior, and Family options, measures 60 sqm, with a maximum occupancy of three to five guests. This 82-room property, part of Marco Cilia's Chapter Italia Portfolio, sits on a 99-acre restored 16th-century village. Designed by Tristan Du Plessis, it blends modern design with historic elements. Chef Vincenzo Martella leads the culinary program across three restaurants, including the signature Osso. The estate features a 500-square-meter spa and offers diverse experiences from yoga to dynamic nightlife.
