🏨 Ruby Hotels to open a 219-room hotel in Copenhagen’s Frederiksberg district, in partnership with ECE, set for Q1 2027. The hotel, near Copenhagen Central Station, the Meatpacking District, Tivoli Gardens, and 25 minutes from Copenhagen Airport, integrates modern design with historical architecture. It features a winter garden, rooftop terrace, and interiors by Matthew Balon. Ruby, under IHG Hotels & Resorts, plans over 120 properties in 10 years and more than 250 in 20 years.

🏠 Nobu Hospitality is launching Nobu Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam and Nobu Restaurant Amsterdam in Oud-Zuid, Amsterdam. This marks the brand's first project in the Netherlands, featuring private and serviced luxury residences plus world-class amenities such as a wellness center, in-residence dining, and concierge services. The Nobu Restaurant Amsterdam will offer an authentic and innovative dining experience. The development is situated in a prime location near museums, boutiques, and Zuidas financial district, aiming to be a landmark in Amsterdam's luxury landscape.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group opened Radisson Blu Hotel Ankara Çankaya as part of its expansion in Türkiye, targeting 100 hotels by 2030. The hotel in Ankara's Çukurambar business district has 162 rooms, including six suites. Dining options include Sky View Restaurant, Basilico Restaurant, and Globe Lounge Bar. It has a 528 m² ballroom, a 535 m² event space, and can host up to 500 guests. Facilities include a gym, Turkish baths, saunas, steam rooms, and a spa.

🍴 The Occidental, originating in 1906 in Washington, D.C., near the White House, reopened with a new design by Ken Fulk on March 5. Renowned for hosting politicos and world leaders, it has been revitalized by Starr Restaurants. The 14,000-square-foot, 280-seat venue features a decor of mid-century nostalgia, including a black-and-white marble entryway, vintage parquet floors, and a 3,200-square-foot courtyard. The American classic menu offers dishes like beef Stroganoff and "the pork chop that saved the world," alongside a cocktail menu with over 50 gins and vodkas and an extensive wine list.

🌱 IHG Hotels & Resorts opened voco Zeal Exeter Science Park, the UK's first branded net zero carbon hotel, in partnership with Zeal Hotels and Valor Hospitality. Designed to run on renewable and solar energy, this hotel at Exeter Science Park features 142 rooms, a mini gym, gardens, a meeting space, and 12 EV charging points. The Solarlab vertical photovoltaic panels are used for the first time in the UK as rainscreen cladding. Materials such as Ecocrete, which emits up to 85% less CO2 than traditional concrete, were used for sustainable construction. The hotel supports responsible dining with locally-sourced ingredients and follows the Passivhaus standard to drastically reduce energy usage.

🏨 TV personality Lisa Vanderpump, known for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," partners with Caesars Entertainment to rebrand The Cromwell on the Las Vegas Strip into The Vanderpump Hotel, starting in summer 2025, completion expected early 2026. Vanderpump Alain design company to oversee 188-room redesign including furnishings, lighting, layout, lobby, front desk, casino floor, and a new lounge. The Cromwell to remain open during renovations, maintaining operations while transitioning.

🏨 Travelodge inaugurated a 59-room hotel in Bromley, South East London, on March 10, 2025, featuring a premium design. The Energy Performance Certificate rated B building promotes sustainability with LED lighting and green roofs. Strategically located near Bromley Civic Centre and a train station, the hotel boosts local employment with 19 new jobs. Part of Travelodge's expansion, it joins over 600 hotels, including 83 in London, with plans for new hotels in Beckenham, Chiswick, Stratford, and Upminster.

🍵 JING™ has been chosen as the full supply tea partner for Park Hyatt London River Thames, offering single garden teas and featuring in the hotel's TAMISé Wine Library and Tea Lounge. Melanie Tricklebank, CEO of JING™, partners with the hotel to enhance guest experiences with twelve unique loose-leaf teas. Park Hyatt, located along the River Thames, is the only UK property of the brand, boasting 203 guestrooms, distinctive dining options, a wellness floor, and easy access to London landmarks.

🏖️ Dusit International partners with PT Komodo Property Management to manage Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection, the brand's first in Indonesia. Situated in Labuan Bajo, Flores Island, the resort features 63 private villas with plunge pools, 194 apartments, and a clubhouse. Full completion is expected by Q2 2028. Labuan Bajo, with a 1.5 million annual tourist target, offers improved accessibility via new flights and an upgraded airport. The property aims to blend luxury with nature, capitalizing on nearby attractions like Komodo National Park.

🏌 Valor Hospitality Partners expanded its portfolio with Dunluce Lodge in Northern Ireland and Seaton House in Scotland, partnering with U.S.-based Links Collection. Seaton House features 42 rooms, including six suites and three junior suites near the Old Course at St Andrews. Dunluce Lodge offers 35 suites, with eight in The Stookan, and is located by Royal Portrush Golf Club's 4th hole. Both are situated in prime golfing locations and provide guests with dining options, a putting green, and access to major golf events. Valor now manages over 90 properties.
