🏠 Kimpton Era Midtown New York opened in a 33-story skyscraper by Extell Development Company. The hotel has 529 guestrooms, including suites and terrace rooms, designed as “jewel box” spaces. Dining venues managed by Apicii include The Parlor, Bar Rocco (led by Chef Rocco DiSpirito), Amasa (opening March 2026), and Jade Rabbit (opening April 2026). Features include a 1,375-square-foot gym. The design blends classicism with NYC's character.
