🏨 IHG® Hotels & Resorts plans to open a Vignette Collection hotel in Panchkula, India, by early 2026. The 145-room hotel will include 11 suites, 4 dining venues, and over 2,200 square meters for events. Panchkula, part of the growing Chandigarh Metropolitan Region, hosts IT parks and manufacturing hubs. IHG aims to expand its luxury presence in India, where 51 hotels already operate, with 80 more in the pipeline for the next 3-5 years.

🏨 Caesars Palace celebrates 60 years on the Las Vegas Strip, unveiling two Presidential Villas in Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in Octavius Tower. The Presidential Villas include 8,060 to 8,370 sq ft spaces with luxury amenities like a private elevator and panoramic views. Octavius Sky Villas offer modern design and views from the 68th and 69th floors. Future enhancements by 2027: OMNIA Dayclub, Augustus Tower renovations, and more upgrades. 🏠 Wrocław-based COI Studio transformed a century-old art nouveau apartment in Poznań's Jeżyce district into "Two Suns," a vibrant, sculptural space. Designed by Monika Rogusz-Witkoś, the one-bedroom apartment features colorful materials such as wood, velvet, and silk. The dining room showcases jagged, multicolored walls, while the kitchen boasts marigold-tiled cabinets. Custom and vintage furniture from the 1960s and 1970s populate the space, reflecting a blend of transformation and Polish design integrity.

🎬 Spanish firm Plantea Estudio transformed an old parcel delivery office into Lean Studio's barre studio in central Madrid. The space features a calming atmosphere with browns and reds, microcement floors, and limewashed walls. It includes mirrored walls, wooden barre bars, and open shelving for exercise equipment. Faux skylights and glowing wall lights offer a gentle ambiance in the changing rooms. The studio, established by Lorenzo and Luis Gil, focuses on user-centered design.

🏨 Ivy Hospitality announced a new management contract for the 130-room Springhill Suites by Marriott Fishers in Indianapolis. Located a 20-minute drive from downtown, it’s near key sites such as Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The hotel offers suites with free Wi-Fi and amenities like an indoor pool and gym. CEO Tommy Holmes emphasized the dynamic nature of the Fishers market and Ivy Hospitality's commitment to strong operations and team building.

🏨 Milwaukee, 2026 – The Marc Hotel, a new 175-room hotel, opens in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, connected to the Baird Center via skywalk. Marcus Hotels & Resorts, led by President Michael Evans, opened the hotel, offering access to Hilton Milwaukee's 34,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Rooms feature luxury linens, workstations, Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, and marble bathrooms. The hotel occupies the former west wing of Hilton Milwaukee, reviving the Marc legacy from 30 years ago.

🏨 New York City and Phoenix are set to lead U.S. markets in hotel room openings by 2026, with 4,852 and 3,650 rooms, respectively. Dallas will follow with 3,558 rooms. In 2025, 749 hotels with 79,116 rooms will open, while 2026 is projected to see 891 hotels with 99,011 rooms. The trend continues in 2027, with 1,688 hotels and 191,926 rooms anticipated. Despite challenges, optimism remains high due to the record number of projects in the pipeline.

In 2025, India marked a third consecutive year of record signings. 📍 Appellation Healdsburg, opened in Sonoma County, joins Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Located in Healdsburg, it spans 8.5 acres with 108 rooms, two pools, and a spa. Culinary offerings include Folia Bar & Kitchen and Andys Beeline rooftop lounge, led by local chefs. The resort promotes regional traditions through workshops and is part of SLH’s 650+ hotels across 90+ countries, emphasizing a connection to place and luxury experiences.

🏨 Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown opened in Nashville, Tennessee, featuring 13 stories and 260 rooms, managed by Chartwell Hospitality and owned by Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. Located in the South of Broadway district, it offers 44 connecting rooms and a variety of room options. The hotel includes amenities like a fitness center and a ground-level coffee shop. Junie's Drink and Graze provides globally inspired small plates and cocktails, celebrating local Tennessee whiskey.
