🏨 Pearsall House, a vacant laboratory built in 1973 on Lake Windermere's west shore, is for sale for £2.5m as a hotel development. The current owner, an experienced retiree, secured planning permission to convert it into a boutique hotel. Initial construction has started, marking the first new hotel project on Lake Windermere in the 21st century. Located in the Lake District National Park, this project is anticipated to attract significant interest due to high tourism demand.

📷 February 2026, Milan's Hotel Principe di Savoia hosts a Zach Gold exhibition in Il Salotto. Zach Gold, born in 1972, is a Los Angeles-based photographer known for vibrant, pop-culture-inspired imagery. Recognized as a top New York artist under 35 in 1997 and Young Photographer of the Year in 2000, Gold's work is part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's permanent collection. 🛍 Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas will remodel its 55,000-square-foot spa starting in March, with completion in November. 🏨 Whitbread PLC opens its latest hotel, "hub by Premier Inn London Farringdon (Old Bailey)," in the City of London, offering 212 rooms. Just 300 meters from Canberra's CBD, it boasts art installations, conference facilities, and proximity to cultural sites. Molonglo, a property developer, contributed to its design. The hotel strengthens Trilogy's footprint in Australia's premium sector.

🏨 La Vie Hotels & Resorts expands into the Philippines, managing Hotel Casiana & Events Center in Tagaytay. In 2025, they launched their office in the Philippines, contributing to a USD 91.8 billion tourism GDP, 19.9% of the national GDP, with 6.48 million international arrivals. Located on Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, the 146-key hotel features a modern heated pool and event spaces, aligning with La Vie's strategic growth in South East Asia.
