🏠 Dalata Hotel Group opened a renovated shared service center in Parnell Place, Cork. Originally established in 2017 with one employee, it now employs 20 staff, with room to expand to over 45. 🏖️ Castello Sgr secured €50 million from Alpha Bank for the development of the five-star Hotel Bellevue Cortina d'Ampezzo, located on Corso Italia, Cortina's main street in Belluno, Italy. The luxury hotel will feature 80 rooms, including 27 suites, a 500-square-meter spa, and pools. Prodea Investments and Invel Real Estate promote the project, managed by Accor's Emblems Collection. 🏨 Allred Companies plans to start construction on "The Hotel Wilson," a 110-key boutique hotel in Downtown Florence, in February.
