Royal Palm South Beach Reopens After $100 Million Transformation, Featuring 404 Redesigned Rooms and New Dining Options
🏖️ Royal Palm South Beach Hotel, located at 1545 Collins Avenue in Miami’s Art Deco District, reopened after a $100 million transformation. Originally built in 1939, the hotel now features 404 guestrooms in three towers and spans 17 stories. Managed by Pivot and owned by Park Hotels and Resorts, it offers 18,000 square feet of event space, a private pool, and direct beach access. Culinary experiences include four dining concepts led by Chef Adrian Colameco.
