The hotel features a Sicilian tile-clad kitchen, a subterranean spa, and two pools. Its interiors, designed by Suzanne Sharp Studio, boast murals and antique furnishings. The hotel is located 20 minutes from Valletta, offering a blend of privacy and Mediterranean charm.

✈️ In an exciting move, Marriott expands its global all-inclusive portfolio. Autograph Collection Hotels are set to debut in Zanzibar, while Marriott Hotels are heading to Jamaica. 🏨 BOISE, IDAHO—Resolute Road Hospitality completed a renovation of the 104-suite Residence Inn Boise West, owned by Virga Capital. Updates include guest suites, public areas, and amenities like a modern fitness center and enhanced pool area. The hotel offers access to Boise State University, the Boise Airport, and major local employers. Resolute Road emphasized community investment while Virga Capital highlighted Boise's growth potential.

🏨 According to the Q2 2026 U.S. Construction Pipeline Trend Report, 5,975 projects with 703,001 rooms were in the pipeline. Mid-2026 saw 1,081 projects (133,216 rooms) under construction. New project announcements totaled 280 projects/33,423 rooms, up 18% in projects YOY. U.S. openings in 2026 are forecasted at 661 hotels/74,820 rooms. For 2027, 738 hotels/78,909 rooms are projected, and 2028 expects 832 hotels/88,321 rooms, marking industry growth.

🏨 Marriott International partners with Catalonia Hotels to open resorts in Montego Bay and Zanzibar. The deal was signed in Barcelona on July 22, with plans to convert Catalonia Montego Bay into a 522-room Marriott by 2028. A 271-room Autograph Collection will open in Zanzibar by 2027. Marriott operates 38 all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Latin America, with 16 more in development. Marriott Bonvoy has nearly 283 million members.
