🏨 Radisson Hotel Group and Jin Jiang International Hotels have opened the Radisson Blu Hotel, Shanghai Eastern Hub, featuring 445 soundproofed rooms. Located between Shanghai Pudong International Airport (13 km away) and the future Shanghai East Railway Station (4 km away), the hotel supports cross-border business travel via air-rail connectivity. It offers 6,700 sqm of event space, including a conference hall, and boasts dining options with Shanghai, Jiangsu-Zhejiang, and Cantonese cuisine. Leisure facilities include a wellness center and fitness center.

🏨 Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach completed a renovation in May 2026, upgrading its 91-room beachfront property with modern design elements. The project included eco-friendly lighting for marine life safety, new lobby and dining area furniture, and outdoor tiki huts. Managed by McKibbon Hospitality and owned by Page Companies LLC, the hotel offers amenities such as private beach access, a fitness center, and Evy’s Terrace Bar & Bistro, enhancing the guest experience in Clearwater, Florida.

🏨 The Berkeley Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, has joined Hilton's Outset Collection, enhancing its 55 guestrooms and public spaces through a significant renovation. Situated in Shockoe Slip, it boasts proximity to over 900 restaurants and cultural venues. The hotel blends 19th-century architecture with modern design, featuring rooms with city or terrace views. Parlor Bistro, led by Adam and Luong Betz, offers American-Vietnamese cuisine. The venue includes diverse event spaces and panoramic views in the Governor’s Suite.

🏨 J. Fisher Companies plans to develop The Rumor Hotel in downtown Ogden, Utah, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. Construction begins in fall 2026, with opening early 2028. The hotel will feature 92 guestrooms, including seven suites, and a 3,500-square-foot restaurant and bar. It will be located on Historic 25th Street, enhancing Ogden's appeal. Consultants include Walsh Dupart, Charlestowne Hotels, The Richardson Design Partnership, Studio A28, and DyeLot Interiors.

🏨 Irish hotel group The Address Collective will open The Address Wren in Glasgow next month. This 30-bedroom penthouse hotel is located atop the Caledonian Chambers at 87 Union Street, above Glasgow Central Station. The launch follows the opening of their first Glasgow site in 2023, marking the company’s seventh hotel. The historic building, a Category B-listed Edwardian structure, was refurbished with modern interiors. The Address Collective also plans to open The Address Capel Street in Dublin later this year.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed the Canary Riverside Plaza, Vignette Collection by IHG, as its first property in London, opening in summer 2026. Located in Canary Wharf, the 142-room hotel will feature rooms with views of the River Thames, a restaurant, and event space for 200 guests. Partnering with Yianis Group, IHG continues its U.K. expansion with 384 hotels operating and 28 in development. Vignette Collection, launched in 2021, has 34 properties open worldwide and 45 in the pipeline.
