🏨 Newport Hospitality Group added two Hilton properties in Columbus, Ohio, to its management portfolio: the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Easton and Homewood Suites Columbus Easton at 3600 Morse Road. Opened in December 2021, they offer 240 guestrooms and over 6,000 square feet of event space. Newport's portfolio now includes 14 Hilton-managed hotels. The properties cater to various guest needs and aim to enhance performance through strategic management and marketing.

🏝️ Treehouse Hotels is set to debut Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach in early 2029, in Miami Beach's historic district. Developed by Keyah Real Estate Group, it will merge two 1940s-era buildings with a new tower. The design, by Rottet Studio, blends Art Deco and Miami Modern styles. The hotel promises large suites, ocean views, and various amenities, including dining venues and a rooftop pool. This marks Treehouse's first resort, expanding from locations in London, Manchester, and Silicon Valley.

🏨 IHG Hotels and Resorts will debut its Ruby Hotels brand in the US via a franchise agreement to refurbish a historic Chicago property. The 22-story hotel, occupying the former Inn of Chicago near the Magnificent Mile, will feature 412 rooms. Renovation starts in late 2026, with the opening expected in 2027. Ruby Group will develop and operate the site for 30 years. This marks Ruby's first North American venture and aims to expand to 120 properties globally in 10 years.

📍 Beaumarly Group founders Gilbert and Thierry Costes will inaugurate L'Aventure on February 9, 2026, in Paris’s 16th arrondissement near the Arc de Triomphe. The venue includes a restaurant, club, and five-star hotel. The restaurant operates from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., hosting up to 200 guests. The club fits 150 guests, featuring DJs like Honey Dijon. Hotel L'Aventure will open the same date, with 15 rooms designed by Vincent Darré, expanding Beaumarly's luxury hospitality.

🏨 Ian Schrager, a hotel visionary, partnered with Highgate to expand PUBLIC hotels globally. Highgate manages over 80,000 hotel keys across North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe. This joint venture aims to preserve Schrager’s unique brand, providing sophisticated design and experiences at accessible prices. PUBLIC West Hollywood opens in spring with private screening rooms in guestrooms. Schrager emphasizes new, democratic luxury, focusing on experiences over price. Schrager and Highgate’s partnership signifies a blend of creative vision and operational expertise.

🏖️ Opening on 12th March 2026, Aubamar Palma Resort in Playa de Palma, Mallorca, features 495 rooms, ten pools, and two gyms. Located 300 meters from the beach, five minutes from the airport, and ten minutes from Palma's historic center, it blends luxury, leisure, and business facilities. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean dining across three venues, the highest rooftop bar in Playa de Palma, and state-of-the-art convention spaces, transforming the hospitality scene.
