🏨 Denver, Colorado: Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center completed a $70 million renovation, transforming 1,100 guestrooms and suites with eco-friendly materials and new amenities. The 14-month project added Summit Five, an 891-square-foot meeting space, to its 60,000+ square feet of event spaces. Approximately 90% of old furnishings were resold for sustainability. The renovation involved partners like DLR Group and Milender White, ensuring the hotel's full operation during the upgrade.

📍 Developed by Manga Group, this 32-story mixed-use tower is reshaping Toronto's East End. Featuring 232 hotel guestrooms and 181 residential units, it overlooks Moss Park. The architecture by Arcadis and interiors by mackaywong incorporate Toronto's park inspirations with design elements like a live moss wall. Amenities include shared spaces on two floors, a second-floor multifunctional area, and a 14th-floor fitness club. MUSE Bistro + Bar offers a modern French dining experience on the ground floor.

🏨 B&B Hotels, a leading budget hotel operator in Europe, operates 900 hotels across 19 countries, targeting fragmented markets. In 2025 alone, 57 new hotels are set to open. CEO Céline Vercollier aims to enhance the company’s leadership position, with a strong focus on Europe. Currently, B&B Hotels has a significant presence in France (445 hotels), Germany (239), Italy (91), and Spain (63), despite recent expansions into the UK and U.S.

📍 Hong Kong's Dragon-i nightclub, founded in 2002 by Gilbert Yeung, underwent a renovation by London-based studio Pirajean Lees. Inspired by Wong Kar Wai's films, the redesign features a central marble bar, swirly timber panels, and silver leather banquettes. The bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling mirrors and stainless-steel cubicles with pink lights. The adjacent members' club offers a listening bar with Yeung's personal records and plush velvet seating. The design emphasizes vibrant colors and sensory materials, celebrating the dynamic spirit of Hong Kong nightlife.

🏨 Marriott plans to expand its presence in Greece by 2027, adding 731 rooms across various locations. In Athens, the 57-room Residence Inn is set to open, while Crete will see two new resorts: Le Méridien Sissi (229 rooms) and Milatos Marriott Resort (314 rooms). In the Cyclades, Orosea in Paros and Eréma in Milos will add 81 rooms by 2026. The new Hymnos resort in Zakynthos will offer 94 rooms by 2026.

🏨 Realberry and Proper Hospitality secured a $298-million financing package for transforming the historic Cal Neva Hotel into Lake Tahoe Proper Resort and Casino, set to open in 2027. Located on Lake Tahoe's northeast shore, the project includes $223 million in C-PACE financing—Nevada’s largest—and a $75 million loan from Bank of California. The resort, first opened in 1926, will feature 197 rooms, multiple dining options, and a casino.

🏨 TMGOC Ventures began construction of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Savannah, Downtown, in October 2023. The 168-room hotel will occupy the Savannah Skyscraper, opening in early 2028. 🏨 NewcrestImage opened the 296-room Hotel Mockingbird in Dallas, Texas. Acquired in October 2024, the hotel underwent a complete renovation and joined Marriott's Tribute Portfolio. Managed by Coury Hospitality, renovations included two new F&B venues: Verse Kitchen and Bar, and speakeasy Raven. The hotel offers 12,000 square feet of meeting space and is near Mockingbird Station and Highland Park Village. The property is conveniently located near Love Field and Southern Methodist University.
