🏨 Newbond Holdings and HEI Hotels & Resorts completed a $5 million renovation of Aloft Tampa Downtown in Tampa, Florida. Led by Studio 11 Design, the project refreshed guestrooms, public spaces, and social areas. The hotel now features updated furnishings, enhanced technology, and an improved Re:Fuel café. The WXYZ Bar offers cocktails and local entertainment, with weekly music and art events. The renovation aims to enhance guest experience and support Tampa's growth.

🌿 Groupe GM, a global leader in guest amenities, partnered with Compagnie de Provence to release a new hotel line inspired by Provençal heritage. Founded in 1990, Compagnie de Provence is known for its 1999 launch of liquid Marseille soap. The new line features large-capacity EcoFill and Ghost dispensers, holding 420ml and lasting 40 days, with up to 98% natural ingredients. The range includes various personal care products, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency for modern hospitality needs.

🏨 Charlestowne Hotels is expanding with new projects in the Midwest, Southeast, and Mountain West regions. In 2026, Hotel Flora in Santa Fe, NM will open, transforming a magazine HQ into a 27-room boutique hotel. Hotel Laureum (35 keys) in Milwaukee, WI will debut in June 2027. By 2028, a 140-key development called Jubilee will launch in Johns Island, SC. Other projects include Hotel Madelon (122 keys) and The Rumor Hotel (92 keys) opening in 2027.

🏠 In late 2023, London’s Nine Elms district will see the launch of the first Park Hyatt-branded residences. This development includes 103 private apartments above the Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel, featuring views of the River Thames. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, interiors by Christian Bense, with sales led by Henry Barrow. Amenities include hotel dining and wellness facilities. Marketed by Knightcrest for a global audience, these turnkey apartments redefine luxury riverside living.

🏨 A 235-key hotel in The Liberties, Dublin, secured €54.2m (£46.79m) from Maslow Capital. Singapore-based Ascott Limited will operate it under the Lyf brand. Set on Fumbally Lane, it spans eight stories and 0.5 acres, offering standard rooms and studio units with kitchenettes. Amenities include a café, lounge, and co-working spaces. Maslow Capital praised the collaboration with MM Capital and SCIO Capital, citing Dublin's strong visitor demand and attractive development opportunities.

🏠 Líbere Hospitality Group, founded in 2019 by John Uriarte, launched its brand in early 2020, amidst the pandemic. In December 2020, they opened a 120-apartment building in Vitoria, Spain, achieving over 95% occupancy despite the city's non-touristic nature. Uriarte's previous venture, Ticketbis, operated in 35 countries and was sold to eBay around 2016 for nearly €100 million. 🏠 New York's Zero Bond opened a 15,000-square-foot members club at Wynn Las Vegas. Designed by Tihany Design and Todd-Avery Lenahan, it emphasizes culture and hospitality. The interiors feature rotating art exhibitions, including works by Ansel Adams and Camille Claudel. Dining includes the Fairway Grill by chef Alfred Portale. Amenities include a Baby Disco, Penthouse, and cigar lounge. Outdoor Sculpture Garden features art by Herb Alpert and Joan Miró. Two private gaming salons are also available.

🌴 Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Hawaii completed a full renovation of its 297 guestrooms in December 2025. The design, inspired by Hawaii Island’s natural beauty, features coastal hues, organic textures, and island-inspired artistry, including custom-crafted shoji screens and floral patterns. The resort, located near Kings’ Shops and Anaehoʻomalu Bay, aims to offer a guest experience that blends Hawaii's cultural heritage with contemporary design, enhancing its identity as a vibrant destination.

🏨 Pellicano Hotels is reopening three Italian properties in April. La Posta Vecchia, a 17th-century palazzo, reopens on April 1 with four new suites and an expanded beach club. Hotel Il Pellicano and Mezzatorre Hotel and Thermal Spa both open on April 2, with 23 and 16 refurbished rooms respectively. The Il Dolce Far Bene program, focusing on energy efficiency, continues. CEO Marie-Louise Sciò hints at more initiatives for the 2026 season.
