🏨 The Beaumarly Group, led by Gilbert and Thierry Costes, will open L'Aventure on February 9, 2026, near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris's 16th arrondissement. The venue features a restaurant, club, and a 15-room hotel, designed by Martin Brudnizki and Vincent Darré. The restaurant operates from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The club hosts up to 150 guests, while the restaurant accommodates 200 guests for events. Notable DJs include Honey Dijon and DJ Tennis.

🏨 RIU Hotels & Resorts expands in London with the opening of Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster, adding to its RIU Plaza portfolio. This follows the July 2023 opening of Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria. The Westminster location, featuring 464 rooms, is just a minute from the River Thames and key landmarks. Originally built in 2003, it was renovated in 2021. RIU is growing its urban portfolio, now at 13 properties, with plans for further expansion.

🏨 Radisson Individuals expanded in Baden-Württemberg with HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn, located in Heilbronn's Zukunftspark district along the Neckar River. The hotel features 127 rooms, including 15 long-stay apartments. Dining options include the "Living Room" restaurant and "Spelunke" bar. Amenities include a fitness studio, sauna, rooftop terrace, and two meeting spaces: a 46 m² boardroom and a 22 m² breakout room. Additional facilities are available at the nearby WTZ Conference Center.

🏨 Radisson Individuals adds HARBR. Hotel Konstanz in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, near Lake Constance. Featuring 76 rooms, the hotel offers modern amenities like mobile key access. Guests can enjoy local and international breakfast options, à-la-carte meals in the "Living Room" restaurant, and drinks at the "Spelunke" bar. Bicycles, parking, and EV charging stations are available. 🏨 In 2025, WorldHotels, based in Phoenix, Arizona, expanded with nearly 100 new hotels across 12 countries and initiated WorldHotels™ Residences. The luxury travel industry is expected to hit $1.7 trillion by 2032. New projects include Essensia Sky and Parkway Saigon WorldHotels Residences, Asheville River Cabins, The Lodge at Pico Bonito, and Marangatu Luxury Hotel. In 2026, around 40 additional hotels are in development, featuring branded residences, glamping, and wellness offerings.

🏨 Meliá Hotels International plans to open its seventh Indonesian hotel in Sentul, West Java, by 2028. Situated an hour from Jakarta, the Meliá Sentul Resort & Convention Center will offer extensive leisure and corporate facilities, including a 1,160 m² ballroom and 15 meeting rooms totaling 1,640 m². This collaboration with Saraswanti Group strengthens Meliá's 2013 partnership and commitment to sustainable growth in Indonesia's hospitality sector.

🏨 Kimpton debuts in Malaysia with Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur in the Tun Razak Exchange district, offering 466 rooms over 26 stories with city views. Opened in 2025, the hotel features four dining spots, including Malaysia's first spice-themed rooftop bar. With luxury amenities and wellness programs, it joins an expanding IHG portfolio. The hotel's design, led by Hassell, integrates botanical themes. The Connection Hub and Sabato's restaurant are set to open in 2026.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts opens voco Bangkok Surawong, Thailand's first voco hotel, renovated by A49 with interior design by P49 Deesign. The hotel offers 244 rooms, a pool, a fitness center, and an onsen spa. Dining includes Tasca Sabio and Deckles Smokehouse. The venue features a ballroom for 200 guests and flexible meeting spaces. 🏖️ Accor and Dangayach Group announced Sofitel Rishikesh Narendra Nagar, opening in 2030 in India's Himalayas, covering eight acres. The resort features 160 rooms, five dining venues, and a 623 m² spa. Developed in collaboration with Dangayach Group, it includes 2,000 m² of event space. Sustainability follows Accor's Planet 21 and Gaia 2.0 standards. It's set to become a luxury hub for wellness and culture, enhancing Accor's luxury presence in India.
