The riad features five guest rooms, a scented hammam, a courtyard pool, and meals sourced from local souks. Located in the UNESCO-protected medina, structural changes were restricted, so LRNCE collaborated with local craftspeople for aesthetic updates. Notable features include a 40-year-old jacaranda tree and custom-made terrazzo tiles. Rosemary was shortlisted in the Dezeen Awards.

🏨 The Oberoi Group opened The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace in Khajuraho, India, a restored 350-year-old palace on a 76-acre estate. It offers 65 rooms and suites, including private pool villas, three dining venues, and event facilities for up to 200 guests. Located near UNESCO World Heritage temples and Panna National Park, it features sustainability practices like solar power and water recycling. Activities include temple visits, safaris, and cultural programs.

🏠 La Réserve Firenze opens June 2026 in Florence, Italy. This marks the group's Italian debut, adding a high-value heritage site to its European portfolio. The project involves transforming a historic palazzo into a small-scale serviced residence, designed to integrate with Florence's cultural landscape.

🏖 Equinox Hotels is set to expand in the Caribbean with the Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara. The project features 62 rooms and 71 branded residences, including 18 oceanfront and 18 upland villas, plus 35 Equinox residences. A 118-berth marina for vessels up to 240 feet will complement the beachfront property. Key amenities include an Equinox Club, Spa, luxury retail, and health-focused dining options, underpinning the brand's wellness philosophy of movement, nutrition, regeneration, and community.

🏨 Whitbread plans a £12m Premier Inn on Victoria Viaduct, Carlisle, with a five-story, 104-bedroom design. Acquired in May 2025, construction may start in 2026, opening by 2028. Located strategically near Roland-Garros and Parc des Princes, the hotel will feature 170 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and fitness area. With 550 m² of MICE space, it will accommodate up to 220 people. This transformation from the former Radisson Blu Paris Boulogne will enhance Hilton's presence in the region.
