The 240-seat restaurant, crafted with designer Martin Brudnizki and MGM Resorts, occupies the former Picasso space by the Bellagio fountains. Kerzner to develop Atlantis and One&Only properties in Jeddah

IHG strengthens ties in Saudi Arabia

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to expand its Saudi footprint by signing a dual management agreement with Mosa bin Abdul Aziz Al-Mosa and Sons. By early 2027, the 232-room Crowne Plaza Al Khobar Al Bandariyah will open near the Corniche, while the 106-room Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard will open in the Al-Suwaidi district by late 2026. The projects support Saudi Vision 2030 and add to IHG’s 46 operational hotels and 60 in the pipeline in Saudi Arabia.

Series by Marriott Brand Debuts in the United States With Two Openings

Mandarin Oriental expands in Middle East with Jeddah project
