Designed with GRT Architects, the space spans 5,000 sq ft, embracing a retro-futuristic vibe inspired by *Blade Runner*. Highlights include a main bar with abstract lighting, a dining room with naturally dyed curtains and marble floors, and a secret dining room for 10. Unique features include a "pool" dining area and red-and-purple travertine private room.

🏨 Hotel Glorieta opens on October 25th above downtown Santa Fe, featuring 128 rooms. Owned by Bullwhip Capital and JMI Realty, and redesigned by French & French Interiors, it retains the original 1976 architectural character with modern touches. Amenities include a retail shop, the Marigold Room for entertainment, a Leisure Club, and new dining at Lady Duff’s Lounge. Event spaces are upgraded, including the Maravilla Ballroom and an intimate Chapel with an outdoor lawn for weddings.

🏥 Davidson Hospitality Group expands into Europe, announcing the addition of Ragdale Hall Spa in Leicestershire, UK. Set on 13 acres, the spa features 93 rooms and suites, 11,400 square feet of spa facilities, six pools, and 42 treatment rooms. The group aims to maximize profitability and deliver heartfelt hospitality. Davidson's European focus will be on upper-upscale and luxury hotels, starting with this iconic wellness retreat.

🏨 Columbus, Ohio—In 2021, Whitestone Companies initiated a strategic transformation of its legacy management firm, culminating in the launch of Soartress Hospitality, headquartered in Columbus. CEO Jay Batra shared that over four years, the company redefined its structure, culture, and technology, aligning with a people-centric vision. CCR Architecture & Interiors and P&M Construction led the project. New additions include Blazer’s Grill and a 24-hour fitness center. Located on UAB’s campus, amenities feature a free shuttle, outdoor pool, and pet-friendly options. Managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, owned by the UAB Educational Foundation.

🏨 Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang, Vietnam, opened with 234 rooms. Hyatt Centric Ville-Marie, Montreal, Canada, launched with 177 rooms. The St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico, debuted with 124 rooms. Kimpton Margot Sydney, Australia, is opening with 172 rooms.
