🏨 Dalata Hotel Group will expand its London portfolio by leasing a new four-star Maldron hotel in Kensington, increasing its sites to seven. The 370-room hotel, adjacent to Olympia London, will open in 2029 pending planning approval. The all-electric building aims for BREEAM Excellent accreditation. Dalata plans to open additional hotels in Dublin, Berlin, and Edinburgh by December 31, 2026. The redeveloped Olympia area expects 12 million annual visitors, with strong transport links.

🏨 The Francis Hotel in Bath unveiled a new spa, completing a £14 million renovation of its Georgian property. Located on Queen Square, the spa features three treatment rooms, a relaxation area, and Bath's only private thermal experience suite. 🍲 The Mayfair Chippy, an award-winning British restaurant, is opening its first international location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in Spring/Summer 2026. Situated in the Tuwaiq Gate development on King Fahad Road, the 3,500 sq ft restaurant will feature 70 covers. It combines British and Middle Eastern design elements. Known for modern British comfort food and seafood, the Riyadh branch marks the brand's initial step beyond the UK, with more international sites planned.
