🏨 Radisson Hotel Group opens Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como, marking the Radisson Collection's debut in Como, Italy. The hotel, positioned near Piazza Cavour and Piazza Volta, features 70 rooms, a spa, three dining venues, and a fitness studio. Originally opened in 1926, the building preserves its historic stone cornices. A meeting room, Sala Cavour, spans 40 square meters, seating 20 people. Private lake tours are offered in partnership with Tasell, with a pier located under 100 meters away.

📍 Columbia Hospitality, on February 1, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, will manage Hotel 1000, located downtown near Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The hotel features 120 rooms, including 36 suites and a 2,000-square-foot presidential suite. Amenities include The Nineteenth, a Topgolf Swing Suite, All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, and Rosebay cocktail bar.
