Fouquet's Mykonos, designed by Divercity Architects, includes 61 suites and 3 private villas on Paraga Beach. It features an indoor pool and a rock-face basketball court. Culinary and wellness experiences are offered in partnership with ROKA and Dr. Barbara Sturm, enhancing its appeal to global high-net-worth travelers.

🏖 Outbound Hotels debuted Outbound Sedona on May 7, 2026. Located in Sedona, Arizona, the 138-room resort features design inspired by red rock landscapes, wellness amenities, and a variety of accommodations. The spa opens May 15, offering four treatment rooms, an adult pool, and saunas. Moonwater provides a unique poolside experience, while the upcoming Lucida restaurant will highlight Southwestern flavors. Guests enjoy access to trail essentials, tennis courts, and the Verde Shuttle service.

🏖 The Diplomat Beach Resort transitioned into the Signia by Hilton brand, officially opening in 2023 after an $80 million renovation. This 1,000-room South Florida resort features over 200,000 square feet of event space, including a 50,000-square-foot Great Hall. Guests can enjoy six dining venues and a semi-private beach. The Club Signia, located on the 33rd floor, offers exclusive amenities for premium guests. Signia by Hilton continues to expand globally with new locations planned.

🏨 Accor has opened Mercure Tauranga in New Zealand's central business district, marking its 49th hotel in the country. Formerly Hotel Armitage, this 80-room property is undergoing a multi-million-dollar refurbishment. The opening signifies Accor's confidence in Tauranga, where tourism earnings rose by 5% last summer. It underwent an $80 million renovation, transforming its public spaces and dining venues. The resort features 1,000 rooms, 200,000 square feet of event space, and six dining venues. Highlights include the redesigned lobby, The Verandah, and Club Signia. It offers amenities like pools, a spa, and a variety of dining experiences.

🏨 The Alexander in Indianapolis completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of its 209 guestrooms and suites, meeting spaces, and art program. Originally opened in 2013, it now joins Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. The hotel features over 60 artworks, with 14 site-specific commissions. Located 30 minutes from London, the 700-acre farm offers a 3,700 sq ft training space, including strongman training, reformer Pilates with nine beds, and recovery suites with four ice baths and a sauna. Membership starts at £90/month. The initiative supports wellness tourism and corporate retreats while creating new roles in fitness and hospitality.
