The hotel features design elements inspired by the Bloomsbury Set, with ochre, red, and indigo color palettes. Sustainable features include air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels. The site includes Ottie’s Salon restaurant and The Cigar Garden terrace. Heritage details are preserved with modern furnishings, balancing restoration with energy-efficient interventions.

Nobu to launch hotel, residences and restaurant in the Maldives
