🏨 Eric Myers has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Franchise Development at My Place Hotels of America. Since joining in 2015, Myers has played a vital role in franchise growth. He will now enhance franchise initiatives and collaborate with Brian Quinn, the new Chief Development Officer of The Rivett Organization, to align development strategies. Ryan Rivett, co-founder and CEO, praised Myers for his leadership and contribution to the brand's expansion and franchisee relations.

📍 Patrick Broderick, a hospitality veteran from the U.K., was promoted by Davidson Hospitality Group to Senior Vice President, Commercial Optimization. In 2021, he joined Davidson from Marriott, where he spent 33 years, culminating as Vice President of Sales. Broderick now oversees sales, revenue management, and marketing. He emphasizes using technology wisely and understanding customer needs, while addressing challenges like AI and social media in hospitality. Broderick values creating memorable experiences and attracting passionate hoteliers.

🏨 Adam Rohman will become Hyatt's head of Americas on July 1, succeeding Pete Sears, who retires after nearly 40 years. Rohman, currently SVP of investor relations and finance, will oversee operations in the Americas, including hotels in classics, essentials, and luxury portfolios. Sears will assist through the transition post-June 30. Hyatt is seeking Rohman's successor. CEO Mark Hoplamazian praises Rohman's strategic leadership and deep business understanding.

🏨 Romain Meiran's career spans three decades at top luxury hotels, starting in 1993 at Nikko hotels and including roles at Ritz Paris, Plaza Athénée, and Le Meurice. In 2023, Meiran joined Groupe Barrière as Director of Hotels. By 2027, SBM plans to open Monte-Carlo One in Courchevel. From 1 July 2026, a leaner Executive Committee will include Meiran as COO. This move aims to enhance operational excellence and align with evolving customer expectations.

🏨 Geoff Gaumer has been promoted to regional director of operations in Texas for PM Hotel Group. With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Gaumer has improved revenue, profitability, and brand satisfaction since joining PM four years ago. Previously, he managed multiple assets in Dallas-Fort Worth. PM Hotel Group, based in the Washington D.C. area, manages premium and lifestyle hotels across the U.S. Gaumer’s leadership aligns with the company’s core values and growth strategy in Texas.
