📈 Jason Kreul will become the Chief Operating Officer of Remington Hospitality on August 5, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He will manage hotel operations across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America. With over 20 years in hospitality, Kreul previously worked as COO at First Hospitality. He aims to drive growth and enhance owner relationships. CEO Ben Perelmuter supports Kreul's appointment to strengthen Remington's market position and strategic expansion.

📈 ATLANTA, Georgia—Fred Cerrone, founder of Hotel Equities, will retire on November 22, 2025, after 58 years in hospitality. Cerrone, who became Sheraton's youngest general manager at 21 and a Marriott franchise pioneer, will remain as chairman emeritus. Post-merger with Springboard Hospitality, Brad Rahinsky is now co-chairman, and Ben Rafter is CEO. Cerrone's legacy of integrity and service will continue to guide the organization.

📅 Dan Brennan was appointed general manager of Brockencote Hall Hotel in Worcestershire after serving as acting GM. He joined as reception manager in December 2019 and became deputy general manager in February 2023. Brennan completed the Thrive leadership program and Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma. He aims to empower his team and maintain service standards. Brockencote Hall is part of the Eden Hotel Collection, which has not yet named a new deputy GM.

🏨 Brend Collection honors Matthew Raistrick for 40 years of service since his career began in 1984 with a six-month placement at Victoria Hotel. Raistrick, with a hospitality degree from Blackpool College, became a junior assistant manager in 1985. Promoted to area director in 2010, he oversees Victoria and Belmont Hotels. Chairman John Brend commended Raistrick's dedication. Raistrick expressed gratitude to colleagues, the Brend family, and his family for their support.

📈 Davidson Hospitality promotes Nick Gregory and Paul Eckert as executive vice presidents. Gregory, formerly the SVP of strategic operations, will lead Pivot, Davidson's lifestyle division. The Mark Hotel boasts 106 rooms, 44 suites, 3 penthouses, 3 F&B venues, a Frédéric Fekkai salon, wellness services, and a seasonal sailboat.
