🏠 In Denver, Colorado, Sage Hospitality Group has added Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge, Curio Collection by Hilton, to its portfolio, located by Peak 9’s QuickSilver Super 6 Chairlift. The 205-key property has undergone a complete renovation. Daniel del Olmo, president of Sage Hospitality Group, aims to make the group America's favorite lifestyle hospitality company. Hotel Alpenrock offers year-round vacation activities, 205 rooms and suites, and a mountain lifestyle experience. Sage Restaurant Concepts will manage Edwin and Canary, two new outlets for the winter season at the hotel.

🏕 Waterford Hotel Group announced operating the 102-room Killington Mountain Lodge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Waterford, Connecticut. The property, providing access to Killington Resort's skiing and seasonal activities, features nearly 3,000 square feet of event space, a pub, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, and Starbucks. Owned by Mission Hill Hospitality, the lodge is the sixth property under their collaboration aiming to offer exceptional guest experiences.

🏠 Pivot, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, to manage the 393-room Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, featuring two pools, a fitness center, five dining outlets, and nearly 8,000 square feet of event space. Comprehensive renovation planned for 2025. The group also operates 22 other properties in Florida, including the Key West Historic Inns and Eden Roc Miami Beach.

John Luckett appointed President of Hospitality Operations at Kessler, returning after a prior 15-year tenure. Tony Mosca becomes Managing Director at Rosewood Washington, D.C., previously Hotel Manager at The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel in NYC. Joe Pettigrew is now Group Chief Commercial Officer at L+R Hotels, tasked with integrating commercial strategies across the group's 23,000-room portfolio. Jason Kycek appointed Chief Marketing Officer at The Central Romana Corp., after leading Casa de Campo Resort & Villas to record-breaking sales since January 2017. 🍷 AC Hotels by Marriott in Bethesda, Maryland, introduces a Cava sparkling wine program, featuring customizable experiences and pre-made cocktails. This initiative caters to the rising trend of personalized beverages and the popularity of sparkling wine cocktails. Currently available at 11 properties in the United States and Canada, the rollout will continue globally through 2025. Participating locations include properties in Vancouver, Bridgewater, Waco, Sawgrass Mills, Bloomington, Washington DC, Columbus, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Dallas, and at Diagonal L´Illa.

📌 Jimmy Suh appointed as president of Arlo Hotels in New York, effective immediately, bringing over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience. Suh, as former chief commercial officer since July 2021, launched new Arlo hotels in Miami, Chicago, and Williamsburg over the past three years. Arlo Hotels, with six properties in New York City, Miami, and Chicago, plans to open its seventh location in Washington D.C. on November 18, 2024. Founder Oleg Pavlov commends Suh’s approach to innovation and guest service excellence.

🏨 Lopesan Hotel Group and Stoneweg Hospitality acquired Hotel Miguel Angel in Madrid, the largest Spanish hotel deal this year. The 241-room hotel, previously owned by General Mediterranean Holding S.A SPF, will be renovated and modernized. NexGen Hotels purchased The Maritime Hotel Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport, planning to rebrand it as Moor Hotel at Marina Bay, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Q3 2025. It features 150 rooms and various amenities. Four Seasons will open a new 104-room resort including 18 overwater bungalows in Belize in 2025. Dubai's occupancy reached its highest October level since 2012 during Diwali, hitting 82.2%, with ADR at AED819.76 and RevPAR at AED673.98; peaking on October 29 with 92.9% occupancy and RevPAR of AED957.77.
