Q3 UK hotel investment volumes rise 28% YoY to over £1bn

Regional markets saw significant growth: Scotland at £316m (up 85%), South West at £180m (up 360%), and West Midlands at £256m (up 310%).

RedCat Hospitality sales up 2% in ‘transformational year’

EXTENDAM and Highgate acquire Hilton Porto Gaia

The Duke Street Boutique Hotel sold to Golding Group

Accor puts four South of England hotels on the market

These are the Ibis London Barking, Ibis Luton Airport, Ibis Southampton Centre, and Novotel Southampton, offering over 460 bedrooms.
