Ohana divests remaining stake in Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach

🏨 Ohana Real Estate Investors sold its remaining stake in the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, Dana Point, Calif., to the San Manuel Investment Authority, representing the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation. The 400-key oceanfront resort, acquired in November 2019 and renovated by 2022, features a spa, golf course, and 120,000 sq ft of event space. This marks the second transaction between Ohana and Yuhaaviatam, granting full ownership to San Manuel.

Leela Palaces moves outside India with Dubai investment
