JLL Secures Five-Year Floating-Rate Loan from Western Alliance Bank for Renaissance Dallas North Hotel Renovation

💸 JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group secured financing from Western Alliance Bank for the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel in Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas. The hotel features 337 rooms, including 25 suites, and 22,670 square feet of meeting space. 3H Group/Dallas Lodging Associates acquired it in July 2025 and plans renovations. The floating-rate loan has a five-year term. Key figures include a 5,620-square-foot ballroom and three food outlets. JLL's team included Managing Directors Jillian Mariutti and Adrienne Andrews.
