🏠 Greenwich Hospitality Group has acquired a 57-year leasehold interest in The Exeter Inn in Exeter, N.H. , from Phillips Exeter Academy. Main Street Hospitality and Arbor Lodging are partners in this transaction. The property will see upgrades, thanks to Main Street Hospitality's asset management. Investors include Charles Mallory, Sarah Eustis, Adam Cassidy, and Arbor Lodging's Vamsi Bonthala and Sheenal Patel. The Inn benefits from Exeter's year-round demand and proximity to New Hampshire's Seacoast.

🏨 Hyatt Regency Chicago, the largest hotel in Illinois, completed a $200 million renovation in 2026. What? Renovated 2,032 guest rooms, suites, and ballrooms. How? In three phases from 2023 to 2026, with Phase 1 focusing on West Tower rooms, Phase 2 on ballrooms and East Tower, and Phase 3 on the Grand Ballroom. The 24,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom now has LED panels, and the Crystal Ballroom features a private terrace. Over $368 million invested since 2013. 💡

🏨 Lakeside Hotel in Nottinghamshire is on the market for £2.5m. Located on Mansfield Road in Arnold, 6 miles north of Nottingham, it spans 5.79 acres. Built in 1873, it's a Grade II* listed venue. The Gothic-style building includes a restaurant, bar, lounge, function room, wedding suite for 150, and a terrace for 100 guests. West Lodge, a Gothic lodge from 1871, supports the venue. Managed by Matt Hill of Christie and Co, they're seeking experienced buyers.
