💰 Parvus Asset Management increased its stake in Accor to 11.97% of capital and 10.23% of voting rights as of this week. Previously, it held 10.8% on December 31 last year. 🏨 Patel Family Office and ATQ Hospitality Group formed a $1 billion joint venture to launch AYARA in Saudi Arabia, targeting 50 hotels. By 2029, AYARA aims to deliver 5,000-7,000 rooms in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, NEOM, and the Red Sea region. The platform integrates land acquisition, modular construction, and hospitality management to expedite development. 💸 JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group secured financing from Western Alliance Bank for the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel in Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas. The hotel features 337 rooms, including 25 suites, and 22,670 square feet of meeting space. 3H Group/Dallas Lodging Associates acquired it in July 2025 and plans renovations. The floating-rate loan has a five-year term. Key figures include a 5,620-square-foot ballroom and three food outlets. JLL's team included Managing Directors Jillian Mariutti and Adrienne Andrews.

🏨 Forest Hills Hotel in Frodsham, Cheshire, a 58-bedroom venue, was sold out of administration, preserving 60 jobs. The resort sits on over five acres, features 157 guestrooms, a spa, and 7,700 square feet of meeting space. 🏨 The 19th Century Scafell Hotel in Rosthwaite was sold for £995,000 to a Manchester-based investment company. After closing in January 2024, the 23-bedroom inn, on a five-acre site, will be restored and reopened. Originally a private residence for artist Mary Barker, it was later frequented by inventor Sir Barnes Wallis. Colliers' Julian Troup noted high demand for Cumbrian hotels, marking the 69th sale in the region since 2021.
