🏖 Marriott International has signed an agreement to manage The Resort at Kapalua Bay, an oceanfront luxury resort on Maui's northwest coast, in partnership with Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners. Scheduled to join the St. Regis Hotels & Resorts portfolio in 2027, the resort spans 25 acres and features 146 ocean-view residences. Guests enjoy a 40,000 square foot spa, 3,415 square feet of indoor meeting space, and 30,210 square feet of outdoor event space. Marriott plans to enhance its luxury offerings in Hawaii with 30 open properties and six in development.

🏨 CooperWynn Capital closed a $30.6 million capitalization with Four Yucca, LLC, and Byways Hospitality for the restoration of the West Texas Big Bend Historic Hotel Portfolio, featuring 79 rooms across three hotels: Holland Hotel, Hotel Limpia, and Maverick Inn. The financing utilized Historic Tax Credits, a USDA B&I loan, and PACE financing. Restoration includes a lobby bar, ballroom, and guestrooms at Holland Hotel. The project succeeded despite challenges during a government shutdown.

🏨 The Durley Dean Hotel on Bournemouth's West Cliff Road is up for sale for £5.75 million after seven years of renovations. Dating back to around 1800, the hotel now includes 112 en suite guest rooms, a 180-cover restaurant, a bar seating 42, and five function suites for up to 150 guests. The property also features a spa with an indoor pool and gym. This sale offers growth potential in corporate and wedding revenue.

🏨 Bridgewood House in Stafford is up for sale at a freehold price of £2.5 million, with leasehold options available. Located on Earl Street, this Grade II listed hotel features 72 en suite rooms and communal facilities. The site includes a bar and restaurant with 84 covers. Owned by Alexi Pittalis of Jomaro Group, the building has served various purposes over 20 years. Matt Hill of Christie and Co is managing the sale, highlighting its prime location and potential.
