Managed by Christie and Co, the sale marks the largest full-service golf resort transaction this year. 🏠 CozySuites, founded in 2017, has acquired Roami in late August, adding Miami and New Orleans to its operations in 10 cities, including Dallas and Phoenix. Roami contributes 20 new buildings, retaining its brand and staff. Roami’s founder, Andreas King Geovanis, will advise CozySuites. The acquisition was competitive, indicating Roami's strong brand. Toll House Hotel, a 115-key property, offers 6,300 sq ft of meeting space and was renovated in 2021. It’s 12 miles from San Jose Airport. 💰 Newmark secured a $172.5 million loan for Related Ross to acquire The Ben, Autograph Collection, a 208-room luxury hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida. The loan was arranged by Jordan Roeschlaub and team from Nomura. The Ben, the city's only waterfront hotel, offers 18,475 sq. ft. of event space and a rooftop venue. By July 2025, RevPAR in West Palm Beach grew over 11% year-over-year, with a projected 6% increase by the end of 2025.
