🏨 Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa in Torquay was sold to Canadian businessman Khalil Viraney for £3.25 million. The 44-bedroom, four-star property includes 2.58 acres of gardens, two self-catering apartments, and a 5-bubble rated spa opened in 2019.
