HBX Group shares latest three-month trading

📈 European B2B travel technology provider HBX Group reported a 3% revenue increase to €182m in Q3 and a 9-month revenue of €501m, up 7%. The group's TTV growth was 5% in Q3, with accommodation outperforming mobility. Civitfun was acquired in May, expanding The Luxurist in new markets. In Spain, revenue rose 4%, while European travel to Germany and the UK fell. Middle East and Asia Pacific grew 14%, driven by airline expansion, despite unrest in the Middle East impacting travel.

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas to delist from the stock exchange by the first half of 2025

MHE&A's half-year results showed €1.2 billion revenue, up 5%, a 6% RevPAR increase, and €317 million EBITDA. Net profit rose 58% to €112 million, with €26 million from asset sales. Debt reduced to €114 million after a €400 million bond repayment.

Hilton Reports Q2 2025 Results

Hilton issued $1 billion in Senior Notes and repurchased 3.2 million shares. 2025 projections include a net income of $1,640-$1,682 million and capital return of approximately $3.3 billion.

Menu prices increase for the fifth straight month

📈 Inflation rose to 2.7% annually in June, the highest monthly rise since January. Menu prices rose 0.4%, marking a 3.8% annual increase, while grocery prices increased 0.3% monthly and 2.4% yearly. Full-service meals rose 4% annually, and limited-service meals increased by 3.5%. Menu price growth was highest in the West at 4.1%. Restaurant prices have outpaced grocery prices for 27 consecutive months, with a 140 basis point gap favoring groceries.
