Mirai and STAAH integrate to drive a global strategic alliance

Madrid, 9 June 2026 – Mirai, a leader in hotel distribution technology and direct booking optimization, and STAAH, the leading global platform in cloud-based hospitality distribution and booking solutions for all types of accommodation, have today announced a global strategic alliance. This collaboration takes shape through an advanced API integration designed to transform and optimize the way hotels manage their bookings, inventory and online distribution.

The agreement will provide mutual clients with two-way, real-time synchronization of inventory, prices and availability, enabling properties to automate their operational processes, guarantee rate parity, control restrictions and boost their direct sales strategy with maximum efficiency and without friction.

By connecting STAAH’s technology with Mirai’s ecosystem, independent hotels, resorts, chains and holiday rentals trusting STAAH will gain direct and optimized access to Mirai’s powerful conversion tools and metasearch connectivity. In turn, this strategic move consolidates Mirai’s international expansion, allowing it to offer its specialized connectivity and direct sales solutions to a significantly larger global network of properties.
