🏖 March 27, 2026, Crystal Cove, Barbados: The newly opened Crystal Cove, a Tribute Portfolio All-Inclusive Resort, features 88 rooms and is located 15.9 miles from Grantley Adams International Airport. It offers a unique blend of Caribbean spirit and creativity. Guests enjoy three lagoon-style pools, two restaurants, and a coffee shop. Aimed at social travelers, activities include water sports and a kids club. With spaces for events up to 70 people, it focuses on connection and community.

🏨 Blue Flag Capital is set to open four boutique hotels in 2026, including three in New York and one in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Hotel Corduroy (29 keys) opens in Montauk in May, Oyster Estate (34 rooms) in Greenport in September, and both Faraway Sag Harbor (67 rooms) and Faraway Jackson Hole (90 rooms + 48 residences) in June. Faraway Jackson Hole will feature a 2028 expansion with additional amenities. The new hotels nearly double Blue Flag’s portfolio from five to nine properties.

🏨 Meliá Hotels International plans to operate five hotels in Tunisia with Management Hospitality Group, targeting 3,000 rooms by 2030. The rollout begins in Mahdia with a 307-room resort in 2023, followed by hotels in Tabarka, Monastir, Djerba, and Tunis City between 2027-2029. Tunisia garners over 11 million visitors annually, aligning with Meliá's strategy to expand in leisure-driven markets. Revenue rose from €2.06 billion in 2024 to €2.10 billion in 2025, and hotel portfolio grew from 390 to 400.

🏨 Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido reopens on 5 May 2026 after extensive renovations of public spaces and guest rooms. Located on Lido Island, the hotel has functioned as a beachfront retreat since 1908. Updates include redesigned rooms, a new terrace restaurant, and a beach club featuring 299 private cabanas. The property will introduce Amù Venice in July 2026, offering Riviera-style dining. The venue remains a key residence for actors during the Venice International Film Festival.

🏖️ Scheduled to open in summer 2026 in Kamari, Santorini, Sandblu will be Greece's first LXR property with 36 rooms, suites, and villas, including 29 with private pools. The resort will feature wellness amenities like two infinity pools, a spa, and a yoga garden. Dining offerings include six venues and an off-site restaurant with views of the Santorini Caldera. The LXR brand emphasizes design-led, individualized luxury, aligning with Hilton's high-end strategy.

🏨 B&B HOTELS CNE, partnering with GARBE Commercial Living, plans to develop 30 new hotels across six European countries, including Germany, Austria, and Poland. This initiative aims to support their goal of over 500 hotels in the CNE region by 2030. The group, currently with more than 900 hotels in 19 countries, targets 3,000 within a decade, focusing on delivering value and strategic geographic consistency. GARBE enters hospitality, aligning with institutional investment and real estate expertise.
