🏠 The Sloane Club in London reopened after a £20 million refurbishment. Over two years, led by Neena Jivraj-Stevenson and Anna Jackson, the club features new interiors by Russell Sage Studio. Key additions include Lila, a 251m² restaurant, and Venus dining room. The project extends into 2025 with 56 bedrooms, 10 suites, and new dining options. Founded in 1922, it’s owned by Queensway and Clearbell Capital. New leadership includes Clare Lusher and Robert Rodier Gaggl.

🏨 Down Hall Hotel, Spa and Estate expanded its wellness facilities by launching The Barn Spa, an 1,800 sq ft retreat within its 110-acre grounds on the Essex–Hertfordshire border. It features five treatment rooms and an outdoor relaxation terrace. Operating in partnership with Bramley, treatments use vegan, cruelty-free products. Signature offerings include the Selenite Crystal Body Massage and Rejuvenate Ritual. The spa aims to attract diverse guests, including families and expectant mothers, with various day packages available.

🏨 The MICHELIN Guide's hotel selection now includes more than 7,000 properties worldwide and has introduced the MICHELIN Keys: one, two, and three Keys, recognizing distinct levels of hospitality excellence. In 2024 and early 2025, over 1,500 hotels received Keys. In North & Central America + Caribbean, 526 hotels have Keys. Europe hosts over a thousand Key hotels, with France leading at 203. First-time MICHELIN Keys were awarded in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania, highlighting regional diversity.

🏨 The Douglas, a 16-room boutique hotel in Savannah’s Historic District, inhabits an 1853 townhouse. Over 170 years, the building served various roles, including a banker’s home and WWII apartments. Local firms Reggie Gibson Architects and Glenn Keyes Architects led the restoration, preserving elements like Murano glass chandeliers. Designer Kirby Caldwell infused Vitruvian principles into the interiors, featuring antiques, custom pieces, and a refined color palette, blending modern design with historic charm.

🍴 Disneyland's Downtown Disney District in Anaheim, California, will welcome Gordon Ramsay at the Carnaby, a '60s-themed gastropub inspired by Carnaby Street, London. The restaurant features iconic British dishes like Beef Wellington, with seating for 175 guests and two outdoor terraces. Although no opening date is set, the venue promises a late-night program with live music and themed performances. It will be located atop the Earl of Sandwich, joining eateries like Din Tai Fung and Centrico.

🍴 Motek, founded by Charlie and Tessa Levy, opened its first New York location in the Flatiron District. Established in 2020, this Miami-born Mediterranean restaurant is known for its kosher-style menu and vibrant design. The New York space was designed with Silvia Zofio of SZPROJECTS, combining Mediterranean warmth with New York's sophistication through vintage-inspired elements and natural materials. This flagship celebrates cultural connection and storytelling, aiming to recreate familial hospitality in an elegant setting.

🏨 The Zleep Hotel Hamburg Volkspark opened in the west of Hamburg, offering 204 rooms and located near Volksparkstadion and Barclays Arena. Operated by Steigenberger Hotels GmbH, it features Scandinavian design, digital check-in, and a lounge-style lobby. Certified to the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), it provides parking and bicycle storage, and is accessible via Eidelstedt S-Bahn and A7 motorway. Zleep Hotels, part of Deutsche Hospitality, expands with sites in Madrid, Prague, and Zurich-Kloten.

🏨 PoB Hotels added Mar Hall Hotel Golf and Spa Resort near Glasgow and Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa in Wiltshire to its luxury portfolio. Mar Hall, a Grade A-listed mansion, spans 240 acres and underwent a £20m renovation. Bishopstrow, a Georgian country house, offers 36 unique rooms and a spa. Founded in 1982, PoB represents over 50 independent UK hotels. CEO Kalindi Juneja emphasizes the properties' unique experiences and PoB's commitment to quality.

📌 Savannah Convention Center Authority and Hilton have started construction on the 444-room Signia by Hilton Savannah, set to open in mid-2028. This hotel, located on Savannah's riverfront campus, will be the headquarters for the Savannah Convention Center. The project boasts over 34,000 square feet of meeting space, a 13,000-square-foot ballroom, and five food and beverage outlets. It highlights Hilton's expanding presence, following the 2024 opening of Signia by Hilton Atlanta.

📍 JP Hospitality launched the PAN AM HOTEL brand on October 7, 2025, at Expo Real in Munich. The brand, inspired by the defunct airline, focuses on airport hotels with mid-century modern design and 24/7 services. CEO Gebhard Schachermayer emphasized quality without high prices. The first hotels will open at European airports in 2028. The launch included events on October 8, 2025, at Hotel Bayerischer Hof. PAN AM HOTEL aims to fill a market gap in airport hospitality.
