The hotel will feature 120 rooms, including 30 suites, three dining outlets, and amenities like wellness facilities and three pools. This marks Mondrian's debut in Portugal, part of its European expansion. Arcaya, led by Bondstone, emphasizes sustainable design and integration with natural landscapes. Portugal anticipates over 33 million international arrivals by 2025, boosting regional tourism and development.
