Left Lane to Open 221-Key Recess Hotel & Club Savannah in Historic Manger Building This September

🏨 New York-based Left Lane opens Recess Hotel & Club Savannah in September, repurposing the 1912 Manger Building. The transformed 221-key property includes 136 guestrooms, 23 suites, and 62 bunk rooms, with 20 rooms TV-free. The hotel features a 6,500 sq ft event hall and a 5,500 sq ft members-only clubhouse. Culinary offerings by Zach Chancey and Eben Klemm include Le Flâneur and Kilter Rooftop Bar. The Wellness concept, Saltgrass, expands to include a circuit-based fitness facility.

Minor Hotels Reports 3% Revenue Increase to THB 66.2 Billion Despite 4% Profit Decline in H1 2026

Minor Hotels opened 11 new hotels with 1,167 keys, expanded into Slovenia and Croatia, and launched the Minor Vacation Club. IHG Hotels & Resorts Reports 10% Increase in Operating Profit to $665 Million for First Half of 2026

📈 IHG Hotels & Resorts reported a 10% increase in operating profit, reaching $665 million for the first half of 2026. Adjusted EPS rose by 13% to 274.7 cents. The global RevPAR increased 4.1%, with a total gross revenue of $18.2 billion, up 7%. IHG opened 31,500 rooms in 197 hotels and signed 49,200 rooms in 352 hotels, both up 8%. The hotel pipeline grew to 348,000 rooms across 2,385 hotels.
