OTH Hotels Resorts Adds Two DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels to Its Portfolio

🏨 OTH Hotels Resorts expands with new management contracts in Pennsylvania and Ohio. In Williamsburg, Virginia, they announced adding DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Greentree and DoubleTree by Hilton Youngstown Downtown to their portfolio. The Pittsburgh location has 460 rooms and 40,586 sq ft of event space, while the Youngstown property offers 125 rooms and over 15,000 sq ft of meeting space. This marks OTH's first Ohio hotel, located near Youngstown State University.

Radisson opens first New Zealand hotel in Auckland

Heartwood Collection acquires the Lord Byron in Cambridge

Y Seren in Carmarthenshire opens following £3m investment

The transition from Lindner Hotels ensures operational independence with centralized guest profiles and service delivery. HOSPITALITY X manages eight hotels with approximately EUR 70 million in revenue. Shiji serves 91,000 hotels globally with over 5,000 employees.

IHG has opened its largest hotel in the Americas here

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts opened voco Times Square – Broadway, its largest property in the Americas, as one of the last new-build hotels in New York’s Times Square. It is a 32-story, 419-room hotel, featuring the only hotel rooftop with unobstructed panoramic views. Located at Seventh Avenue and West 48th Street, the hotel joins six other voco properties in New York. As of December 31, 2025, voco has 124 hotels open globally with 108 in development.
