🏠 14 January 2026 – Copenhagen, Denmark: Bob W signed a lease with Urban Partners for 143 aparthotel units in Ørestad. Construction, led by Skanska, starts in spring 2026 and finishes in summer 2028. The six-storey development spans 13,100 sq m, including 210 residential apartments. Located near the Bella Center, the site offers extensive metro connectivity. Bob W, already operating in 19 European cities, continues Nordic expansion, supported by €70 million in funding.
