Launching on 10 November 2025, London’s Strand Palace will unveil a £2 million Meetings & Events renovation, strengthening the landmark property’s position as a leader amongst London’s hotel offering, from both a business and leisure perspective.

Hotel Riu Palace Calypso, located on Jandía beach in the Canary Islands, has just opened its doors following a full refurbishment that has expanded its dining options, redesigned all its spaces, improved accessibility and enhanced sea views from all parts of hotel, including all the rooms. Through the renovation, the hotel has been upgraded to RIU Palace’s top-of-the-line option and has been adapted to be part of RIU’s Adults Only concept.

Whitbread plc, owner of Premier Inn - the UK’s largest hotel brand - has received planning consent to transform Verity House, a vacant office building in the South Bank area of Leeds city centre, into a 131-room hotel.
