🏨 Hilton's Casa Mani Resort, Napa Valley, is set to open in early 2026, offering 203 rooms and suites with amenities like temperature-controlled wine refrigerators and private patios. The resort features over 15,000 square feet of event space and various dining options, including a new steakhouse. Guests can enjoy a fitness center with Peloton equipment and The Spa at Casa Mani, featuring five treatment rooms and a Hydrothermal Circuit. Reservations are now open.

🏖 The Shelborne, located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, originally opened in 1940. After a $100 million renovation by Proper Hospitality, it reopened in May with 251 rooms. On November 12, Pauline, a seafood-focused restaurant with Latin and Caribbean influences, launched alongside the cocktail lounge Little Torch. Pauline, designed by ADC Tuneu, seats 178 guests and offers dishes like lobster sancocho. Little Torch features original cocktails and live music events, including DJ sets and karaoke.

🏖 Lodgco Hospitality has taken over management of the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in Winter Haven, Florida. Announced from Grand Rapids, Michigan, this expansion enhances Lodgco's presence in Central Florida. The hotels are strategically located near attractions like LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Scott Stuart, president, highlighted the aim to boost performance and guest experience. Lodgco plans to drive revenue growth and improve sales and marketing efforts.

🏨 Hilton celebrates a major milestone in 2025 with 1,000 luxury hotels worldwide, marking a year of growth in its luxury and lifestyle collections. Looking forward to 2026, Hilton plans several key openings, including Waldorf Astoria in Rabat Salé and London, and Conrad hotels in Athens and Kuala Lumpur. In total, more than 60 new lifestyle hotels are expected in 2026, expanding their portfolio in diverse destinations and surpassing 200 openings in the Curio and Tapestry Collections.

📍 Marriott International marked a milestone in APEC by adding its 700th property, Legacy Mekong, Can Tho, Autograph Collection, in Vietnam's Mekong Delta. With 30 properties in Vietnam and 50 more in development, Marriott is expanding beyond major cities. Vietnam saw over 17 million international visitors in the first 10 months of 2025, a 21% increase year-on-year. Legacy Mekong offers 86 bungalows and villas, highlighting local culture and cuisine. Marriott operates 700 properties across 22 countries, with 400 in development.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group has opened its first two Prize by Radisson properties in the Nordics in Bergen, extending its portfolio to five hotels in the city. The Solheimsviken Bergen location features 217 rooms and amenities, while Xhibition Bergen City offers 55 rooms. Both are centrally located near public transport and attractions in Bergen, a UNESCO World Heritage City. This marks Radisson's midscale lifestyle brand debut in the region to provide vibrant hospitality experiences.

🏖️ Limelight Mammoth, a new Aspen One hotel, opens in California's Eastern Sierra, inviting guests to its sustainable basecamp. This modern luxury hotel offers 149 rooms, 25 suites, and 15 private residences. A members-only Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club is introduced, providing exclusive amenities. The all-electric hotel emphasizes sustainability, incorporating reclaimed materials and EV stations. Limelight Live's grand opening on December 12 will feature performances by Fitz and The Tantrums and Two Feet.

🏠 MGM Resorts International will rebrand NoMad Las Vegas to The Reserve at Park MGM, effective December 17. The property features 293 rooms. Venues will be renamed: NoMad Pool to The Terrace Pool, NoMad Library to The Library, and NoMad Bar to The Reserve Bar. By early 2026, The Reserve will join Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection, allowing members to book through Marriott.com and earn points. This addition makes MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy span 13 destinations on the Las Vegas Strip.

🏨 Hotel Indigo opened a 153-room hotel in Torquay, managed by IHG and owned by Singapore-based Fragrance Group. Located near Torquay Museum and Torre Abbey Sands, it reflects local maritime heritage. Amenities include a ground-floor restaurant, Root and Reef Bistro, a wellness suite, and a fitness center. A rooftop bar, The Cast, will open in spring 2026. This opening supports Torquay's regeneration efforts. Koh Wee Meng, Fragrance Group CEO, and James Farley, the hotel's GM, expressed excitement about the project.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental opens in Austria, marking its Vienna debut in the UNESCO-listed First District. Located on Ringstrasse, the hotel features 86 rooms and 52 suites. Originally a 20th-century courthouse designed by Alfred Keller, it's now reimagined by Goddard Littlefair. Under Chef Thomas Seifried, four dining venues blend Austrian heritage with global flavors. The spa integrates local culture with Asian therapies. Guests are welcomed with the "Be the First to Stay" package.
