🏨 In June, Noble House Hotels & Resorts opened The Sylvan Lodge, a 38-room luxury retreat in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Located on nearly 1,000 acres within the Snake River Sporting Club, the lodge features a wellness center, rooftop hot tubs, and outdoor activities. Designed by TruexCullins, the lodge incorporates local materials, including white oak and indigenous stone, and regional artwork. Notable design details involve an original Jackson Hole tram cable and moss rock from Montana for the fireplace.

📍 Ennismore plans to open over 35 hotels and 20+ food and beverage venues globally by 2026, surpassing 200 hotels. Openings span the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and India. Notable projects include Delano Miami Beach, Rixos Cancun with 345 rooms, and Rixos Phu Quoc in Vietnam with over 1,700 rooms. New markets include South Africa, Greece, India, and Vietnam. The Paris Society dining concepts will expand, marking a significant global growth phase.

🏨 HEI Hotels & Resorts is now managing three properties in The Woodlands, Texas, acquired by Ascendant Capital Partners. The portfolio includes The Woodlands Resort, The Westin, and Embassy Suites, totaling 909 guestrooms. Located in a 28,000-acre master-planned community, the hotels offer 101,500 sq. ft. of meeting space and eight dining outlets. The Westin and Embassy Suites opened in 2016 and 2015. The partnership with Ascendant marks a new management relationship for HEI.

🏨 Ennismore plans several key hotel openings in 2026. Delano Miami Beach will reopen with 171 rooms and four dining venues. Hyde Mexico City Reforma will offer 106 rooms, while Mama Shelter Mexico City will feature 100 rooms and a rooftop bar. In Asia, Hyde Bali Seminyak will debut with 59 suites, and Rixos Phu Quoc in Vietnam will include over 1,700 rooms. New European openings include Mama Shelter Lake Como and Delano London. Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View will open in Egypt.

🛠 The Sloane Club in Chelsea completed a refurbishment in December 2025, which began in January 2024. The project, led by architects Peter Newman-Earp and Les Witten from Morrison Design, focused on improving accessibility, circulation, and year-round use. The terrace was adapted for all-weather use and expanded for food services. The club features 64 guest bedrooms, five bar and restaurant areas, and three private dining rooms in a 19th-century building, remaining operational throughout the renovation.

🏨 Whitbread plans to add 2,200 Premier Inn rooms across Outer London, targeting 17 locations, including Peckham Rye and Stratford. No new hotels have opened there since 2022. James Hall leads site identification, aiming for conversions and new-builds. Whitbread already operates 85,500 rooms in the UK and Ireland, aiming for 98,000 by 2030. Long-term, they target 125,000 rooms. Expansion responds to demand from leisure and business customers.
