🍴 In November 2025, in Nassau, The Bahamas, Leola, a new restaurant by chef Scott Conant, opened at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. 📍 HEI Hotels & Resorts, headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, is set to manage the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Miami's Coconut Grove. 🌊 Red Sea Global (RSG) is set to open AMAALA Triple Bay, an ultra-luxury wellness destination on Saudi Arabia's north-western coast, in the coming months. Phase One will feature six resorts and a yacht club. AMAALA aims to create 50,000 jobs and add SAR 11 billion (USD 3 billion) to the GDP. RSG has invested SAR 51.04 billion in its development, focusing on sustainability with 100% renewable energy and a 30% ecological conservation target by 2040.

Upper midscale and upscale chains account for 62% of the pipeline. Chengdu leads city pipelines with 137 projects. Through Q3, 743 hotels opened, with 316 more expected in Q4. 🏘 Monday, November 10, in Amsterdam, the foundation stone for Nobu Residences Park Meadows was laid, marking Nobu Hospitality's Dutch debut. 🏨 Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a Tree of Life resort in Panheli, Raigad, Maharashtra. The resort features 28 guest rooms, a private airstrip for 30-minute chartered flights from Mumbai or Pune, and a 5,000 sq. ft. banqueting space. Located amidst the Sahyadri hills, it offers a 9-hole golf course, a 20-seater theatre, and sports facilities. With this addition, IHCL will have 54 hotels in Maharashtra.

As of now, Aiden has 35 hotels in 15 countries across five continents, totaling 3,666 rooms. New developments are underway in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Key locations include Jeddah (2027), Bangkok (2026), and Perth (2027). Aiden offers modern, locally-inspired designs and amenities like vibrant guest rooms, local cuisine, and multi-functional social spaces.
