Baha Mar Announces Opening of Leola
🍴 In November 2025, in Nassau, The Bahamas, Leola, a new restaurant by chef Scott Conant, opened at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. The 8,800-square-foot space includes a 106-seat dining room, a 130-seat outdoor terrace, two bars, and a private dining room. Leola's menu features classic Italian cuisine with modern touches. The restaurant joins notable concepts like Jon Batiste’s Jazz Club and Marcus Samuelsson’s Fish + Chop House at Baha Mar.
