🏠 Rosewood Hotel Group will expand in 2025 with eight new properties across three continents, including Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, its first standalone residential property. Openings include Rosewood Miyakojima in Japan (55 keys) and Rosewood Mandarina in Mexico (134 keys). The New World Jinzhou Hotel in China will feature 215 keys. The debut of Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin marks their first ski resort. Future openings include Rosewood locations in AMAALA, Rome, and Dubai.

🏨 Hyatt Studios Huntsville opened in December 2025, following the first Hyatt Studios in Mobile, Alabama, earlier this year. Located near major employers and attractions in Huntsville, Alabama, the hotel offers 120 studio apartment-style suites with kitchens and flexible workspaces. Managed by LBA Hospitality and developed by 3H Group, it includes amenities like a 24/7 market, free breakfast, fiber internet, EV charging, a fitness studio, and a 623-square-foot meeting room for up to 15 people.

🏨 Drury Hotels opened its first Nebraska location, the Drury Plaza Hotel Lincoln Downtown, in Lincoln. The hotel features 210 rooms, over 2,400 sq ft of meeting space, and on-site dining. Located near the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, it offers easy access to local attractions. Meeting amenities include free Wi-Fi and flexible policies. Guests enjoy a 24-hour business center, indoor pool, and complimentary meals. General Manager Megan Clark leads a staff of 55.

🏨 Criterion Capital expands in London with Zedwell Underground Park Lane, a 133-room hotel in Mayfair, opened in 2025. As the second underground Zedwell hotel in the capital, it repurposes urban space to reduce environmental impact. Features include windowless “cocoons” and automated check-in. The company operates over 3,000 rooms in London, with plans for 6,000 more by 2029, extending to Oxford, Edinburgh, and Manchester, targeting leisure and business travelers.

🏞 The Waterside Hotel, owned by SimpsInns, is expanding with a new £3m spa, creating 30 jobs in West Kilbride, Ayrshire. Opening in early 2026, the spa will feature six treatment rooms, a Rasul experience, thermal area, and outdoor facilities. The hotel, 40 minutes from Glasgow, will increase its room count from 23 to 40. SimpsInns emphasizes career development and staff benefits, including discounts at their facilities across Ayrshire.

🏨 Met Hotel Leeds reopens Gott’s Bar and Kitchen after a major refurbishment of its Grade II listed building, originally opened in 1899. The refurbishment, which began in 2023, preserved the terracotta façade and Victorian detailing while updating interiors such as the entrance and function rooms. The hotel now includes nine function rooms with modern facilities. The renovation emphasized sustainability with locally sourced materials. General Manager Mike Liddle highlights the blend of historic charm and modern hospitality.

🍔 Melody Adams opens Maset in November on Chiltern Street, London, offering French coastal cuisine from the Occitania region. The menu reflects her experiences in Occitan, featuring dishes like Bouillabaisse croquettas and Pâtes au Pistou. Wines are sourced from small vineyards in France, Italy, and Spain. The design, by Parisian studio Haddou-Dufourcq, provides a welcoming, homey atmosphere. Maset aims to blend the warmth, style, and authenticity of South France with a modern twist.

🏨 Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone Airport has opened with 130 rooms, including 15 suites, marking the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the Bozeman area. Located steps from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, the hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman and 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. It features a 360-degree fireplace, business lounge, fitness center, and heated patio. Developed by West Post Hotel Partners LLC and managed by Concord Hospitality, it offers a full hot breakfast buffet and will soon host The Social Story restaurant.

🏨 Hilton Milwaukee completed a $42 million renovation, blending 1920s architecture with modern design. Updates include a refreshed lobby, redesigned 554 guestrooms, and 34,000 square feet of meeting space. Originally opened in 1928 as the Schroeder Hotel, it was rebranded as Hilton Milwaukee City Center in 1995. The hotel offers dining options like Milwaukee ChopHouse and Miller Time Pub & Grill. Located near the Baird Center, it serves as a hub for visitors and locals alike.
