Naples Grande Beach Resort Announces Renovation

Nobu set to open landmark luxury hotel in Manchester tower

🏠 Global hospitality brand Nobu is launching a luxury hotel in Manchester, UK, as part of a £360m, 76-storey mixed-use tower, becoming the tallest building outside London. The development, led by Salboy, Domis, and Nobu Hospitality, includes 160 hotel rooms, 452 residences, retail, leisure, and co-working spaces. Designed by SimpsonHaugh Architects, the tower will stand 246 meters high. Construction begins next year, with completion by the decade's end. Co-founder Robert De Niro attended the launch event.

Mandarin Oriental expands in Dubai with second opening

🏨 Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai opened at Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. This 303-meter tower, designed by UNStudio and engineered by Werner Sobek, features 259 rooms and suites, and 224 residences launching in 2026. With over 2,000 square meters of event space, the opening marks the brand's second Dubai location and expands its portfolio to 44 hotels in 27 countries.

Marriott sees record growth in EMEA branded resi projects

Key 2025 developments include locations in Budapest, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, and Dubai, with six more openings expected by year-end.
